Old  Default Tại sao ông Trump "luôn" thắng?
Trump không bao giờ thừa nhận sai lầm mà luôn nói đó là thắng lợi. Chính điều này đă giúp ông đi tiếp trong quá tŕnh làm Tổng thống.

Có tới 3000 người đă thiệt mạng trong siêu băo Maria tại Puerto Rico hồi năm ngoái. Cơ quan Quản lư Khẩn cấp Liên bang Mỹ (FEMA) lúc đó đă gặp nhiều lúng túng và thiếu hụt nhân lực nghiêm trọng trong chiến dịch hỗ trợ quốc đảo này khắc phục hậu quả thiên tai, theo báo báo của chính phủ Mỹ.

Nhưng trong mắt Tổng thống Donald Trump, cách phản ứng của chính phủ Mỹ sau thảm họa này là một "thắng lợi thầm lặng", một thành công được ông ca ngợi hết lời khi thảo luận về các biện pháp đối phó với siêu băo Florence sắp đổ bộ vào Mỹ.

"Chúng tôi đạt điểm A cộng cho công tác ứng phó băo gần đây ở Texas, Florida và đă làm công việc tuyệt vời nhưng không được thừa nhận rộng răi ở Puerto Rico, dù đây là quốc đảo khó tiếp cận,hệ thống điện tồi tệ và một thị trưởng San Juan hoàn toàn bất tài", Trump viết trên Twitter hôm qua.

B́nh luận viên Josh Dawsey của Washington Post cho rằng đây là chiến thuật mà Trump rất hay áp dụng, đó là tâng bốc một điều mà nhiều người khác coi là sai lầm hay thất bại, rồi ca ngợi nó như một thắng lợi vẻ vang và công kích những người chê bai.

Những người ủng hộ Trump cho rằng chiến thuật này chứng tỏ ông là một bậc thầy về marketing, biết cách sử dụng thủ pháp khoa trương và luôn thể hiện điểm mạnh của ḿnh, trong khi phe chỉ trích lại cho rằng Trump "vô liêm sỉ" và đôi khi t́m cách thao túng tinh thần người dân.

"Ông ấy sẽ không bao giờ nhượng bộ dù chỉ một tấc hay thừa nhận bất cứ sai lầm nào trước công chúng", cựu trợ lư Sam Nunberg mô tả về tư duy của Trump.

Khi các trợ lư của Trump hồi đầu năm công khai thừa nhận sai lầm trong việc xử lư các cáo buộc liên quan đến cựu thư kư Nhà Trắng Rob Porter ngược đăi hai vợ cũ, Tổng thống đă phê b́nh họ. "Các anh đừng bao giờ xin lỗi", ông nói với một nhóm trợ lư truyền thông, theo hai nguồn tin. "Đừng bao giờ xin lỗi ai cả".

Nhiều quan chức Nhà Trắng cho rằng quyết định sa thải giám đốc FBI James Comey hồi tháng 5/2017 chính là nguồn cơn đẩy chính quyền Trump vào một loạt rắc rối hiện nay, trong đó có cuộc điều tra của công tố viên đặc biệt Robert Mueller khiến hai cựu trợ thủ của Trump phải hầu ṭa. Trump được cho là đă ra quyết định này bất chấp lời can ngăn của nhiều trợ lư thân tín.

Nhưng thay v́ thể hiện sự hối tiếc, Tổng thống Mỹ lại luôn tự khen ngợi việc sa thải Comey trong các cuộc diễn thuyết công khai hay các cuộc họp kín, coi đây là một quyết định khôn ngoan của ḿnh. "Tôi đă làm một công việc lớn lao phụng sự người dân khi sa thải ông ta", Trump viết trên Twitter hồi tháng 6.

Sau cuộc gặp thượng đỉnh với Tổng thống Nga Vladimir Putin ở Helsinki hồi tháng 7, Trump hứng chịu chỉ trích dữ dội ngay cả từ những người ủng hộ và các thành viên đảng Cộng ḥa v́ nghi ngờ kết luận của cộng đồng t́nh báo Mỹ về việc Nga can thiệp bầu cử. Nhưng Trump lại coi đó là những giờ phút tuyệt vời nhất của ḿnh.

"Một trong những cuộc gặp đẹp đẽ nhất của tôi là với Vladimir Putin", Trump tuyên bố hồi đầu tháng 9, trước khi công kích giới truyền thông đưa "tin giả" về hội nghị.

Một số trợ lư cho rằng xu hướng bảo vệ các hành động của ḿnh dù chúng thất bại đến đâu của Trump là kết quả của nhiều yếu tố. Trump luôn thể hiện sự ám ảnh với những bản tin tiêu cực về ḿnh, dù đôi khi chủ đề đó đă qua từ lâu. Ông tin rằng có thể thay đổi cách truyền thông đưa tin về ḿnh và liên tục ca ngợi bản thân, bất kể đối tượng trước ông là ai và đang nói về chủ đề nào.

Đôi khi, chiến thuật "tự ca ngợi" được Trump tung ra nhằm phủ đầu những lời chỉ trích mà ông biết là sắp được tung ra nhắm vào ḿnh, như sự kiện băo Florence sắp đổ bộ. Trump nói với các cố vấn cấp cao rằng những người ủng hộ sẽ tin vào lời của ông trong các sự kiện như vậy.

Nhưng chiến thuật đó của ông chủ Nhà Trắng nhiều khi lại gây ra những t́nh huống khó xử, "dở khóc dở cười" cho đội ngũ trợ lư. Các quan chức trong chính quyền Mỹ gặp nhiều lúng túng khi bị chất vấn rằng tại sao Tổng thống lại coi chiến dịch cứu trợ thiên tai ở Puerto Rico năm ngoái là "một trong những công việc thành công nhất", trong khi FEMA đă thừa nhận những sai sót trong hoạt động này.

"Dĩ nhiên là không có điểm A cộng nào trong các chiến dịch cứu trợ thiên tai cả. Cách chấm điểm đó không tồn tại", Marc Ferzan, người đứng đầu hoạt động khắc phục hậu quả siêu băo Sandy ở New Jersey và hiện là một chuyên gia tư vấn, nói.

Các nhà quan sát chính trị Mỹ cho rằng việc Trump không chịu thừa nhận sai lầm mà quay ra tuyên bố đó là những "quyết định khôn ngoan" đă được ông áp dụng từ lâu, thậm chí trở thành thế mạnh của Trump.

"Một trong những điểm mạnh của Trump là ông sống trong thế giới thực tế của riêng ḿnh, trong thế giới đó chỉ có câu chuyện ông đă thành công như thế nào, vĩ đại ra sao", Timothy O’Brien, người viết tiểu sử lâu năm của Trump, nói. "Đó là một trong những yếu tố giúp Tổng thống vượt qua trở ngại mỗi khi ông mắc sai lầm".

tại chump có cái miệng lớn như đàn bà .. lúc nào cũng bla .. bla .. không chịu thua ai .. nhưng đó chỉ là cải lộn là hay thôi .. chump thất bại cái là tự cho ḿnh cái ǵ cũng hay, cũng tốt .. nguời đời thuờng có câu biết nguời biết ta th́ mới có thể thắng đuợc .. nói chung tại nguời ta chưa đụng tới thôi , chứ đụng tới rồi th́ có ngày cũng thất bại thôi
