Tổng thống Donald Trump tuyên bố có 'toàn quyền' trong việc dỡ lệnh phong tỏa do dịch virus corona trên toàn quốc, điều này mâu thuẫn với quan điểm của thống đốc các tiểu bang và các chuyên gia về hiến pháp. Trong một cuộc họp báo mới diễn ra, Tổng thống Mỹ Donald Trump đă tỏ rơ sự giận dữ với những người chỉ trích cách chính phủ của ông ứng phó với dịch Vũ Hán.

Tối 13/4 (sáng 14/4 theo giờ Việt Nam), Nhà Trắng tổ chức cuộc họp báo thường nhật, do Tổng thống Trump chủ tŕ về t́nh h́nh dịch viêm đường hô hấp cấp tại Mỹ.

Đáng chú ư, theo báo Guardian, người đứng đầu Nhà Trắng đă cho phát một đoạn video được mô tả giống vận động tranh cử, tập hợp những trích đoạn clip từ kênh tin tức yêu thích của ông - Fox News. Nội dung đoạn video này ca ngợi những việc chính quyền Trump đă làm được nhằm kiểm soát dịch Covid-19.

Ông Trump cũng nổi trận lôi đ́nh trước các phóng viên tỏ ư hoài nghi cách ứng phó dịch bệnh của ông. Tổng thống Mỹ nhấn mạnh: "Mọi thứ chúng tôi đă làm là đúng".

Theo ông Trump, số ca tử vong v́ Covid-19 ở Mỹ đang chững lại, chứng tỏ việc "giăn cách xă hội" đă thành công. Tuy nhiên, Nhà Trắng khuyến nghị người dân Mỹ nên tránh đến các nhà hàng và hoạt động đi lại "không cần thiết", cũng như không tụ tập quá 10 người tới ít nhất ngày 30/4.

Ông Trump cho biết thêm, chính phủ liên bang đang hoàn thiện kế hoạch tái mở nền kinh tế đất nước, vốn gần như đang bị đóng cửa trước sự hoành hành của mầm bệnh nguy hiểm.

Khi các nhà báo đặt câu hỏi liệu ông có thẩm quyền ban hành quyết định mới trái với sắc lệnh ở nhà dập dịch mà các bang đang triển khai hay không, ông Trump quả quyết: "Khi ai đó là tổng thống Mỹ, họ có toàn quyền với điều này... Các thống đốc điều biết việc đó".

Tuy nhiên, theo BBC và CNN, câu trả lời của ông Trump mâu thuẫn với ư kiến của các thống đốc bang cũng như các học giả. Hiến pháp Mỹ quy định, các bang có quyền duy tŕ sắc lệnh an ninh trật tự cũng như đảm bảo an toàn cho các cư dân trong khu vực quản lư của họ. Các chuyên gia luật nói, chính các thống đốc bang sẽ chịu trách nhiệm ra quyết định có gỡ bỏ các biện pháp cách ly xă hội chống Covid-19 hay không.

Mỹ hiện là quốc gia chịu ảnh hưởng nặng nề nhất v́ sự bùng phát của dịch Covid-19, với tổng số ca nhiễm (gần 590.000 người) và tử vong (23.644 người) đều cao nhất thế giới. Hầu hết các bang của nước này đă yêu cầu người dân ở nhà để làm chậm lại sự lây lan của virus corona chủng mới. Thống kê sơ bộ cho thấy, mới chỉ có 9 bang ở các vùng bờ biển phía Đông và phía Tây Mỹ dự định dỡ bỏ sắc lệnh này.

Í của ông nói là đất nước c̣n nhiều người mà, có chết thêm cũng không sao cả.
Bản thân ông đâu bị bịnh đâu, Gia đ́nh ông cũng đâu có ai chết đâu mà phải lo.

Nói vậy thôi chứ tao biết quyền "mở cửa" là quyền của tiểu bang chứ lị. Tao chỉ "nổi lôi đ́nh" tháu cáy thế thôi; v́ bay có "căi" tao đi nữa và nếu có sự cố ǵ (về kinh tế chẳng hạn) trong tương lai th́ tự bay giải quyết chứ đừng réo tao là được.... Hehehehe....

Thằng chó DUMP này nên đưa vào trại "tế bần" sớm ngày này hay ngày đó.
Lâu lâu nổi cơn "ĐIÊN", nó giả điên vậy đó nhưng vẫn lo cho cá nhân và gđ nó mấy cái DUMP TOWN và các BĐS bị mất trắng tay, nên thà dân chết th́ mặc bây, miễn là tao và gđ không đi ăn xin ở NY là được !
Nếu chó DUMP biết lo cho dân, biết lo kinh tế nước Mỹ th́ đâu có tư cao, cho tao là giỏi là biết con Corona Virus, thờ ơ chậm chạp khi được cảnh báo từ tháng 2 đâu. Không biết nó tốt nghiệp trường điện ảnh khi nào, mà diễn kịch rất là xuất sắc. Số 1 đó :haf ppy:

Bây giờ mới ḷi cái mặt tên BẠO CHÚA mà mấy tháng trước, dân mạng đă ầm ỉ vụ MC NNN khi gọi tonton nhà ta như vậy. Thật là quá đúng đó mà, nên mới ḷi ra rất nhiều khuôn mặt CHÓ ĐẺ lộ diện, điển h́nh là con chó cái "bé Tí" động đực đ̣i DUMP, và mấy tên MÍT đặt, cháy nhà mới ḷi mặt chuột. Có cả đám chảng biết cái đéo ǵ hết cũng nhảy vô lên mạng làm CLIP chửi, thật là xấu hổ và khốn nạn vô cùng, nhất là con đĩ "bé TÍ".
