Trước những thông tin Mỹ điều chiến hạm đến các đảo nhân tạo mà TQ xây dựng trái phép trên biển Đông, nước này bắt đầu có thái độ mất b́nh tĩnh. Hôm qua Truyền thông Trung Quốc đă lên tiếng chỉ trích Mỹ và cảnh báo sẽ sử dụng vũ lực để ngăn Washington. Nhưng họ làm ǵ được nếu Mỹ làm đúng luật pháp quốc tế?

Sau cuộc gặp giữa các quan chức Mỹ và Australia hôm 13/10, Bộ trưởng Quốc pḥng Mỹ Ashton Carter cảnh báo sẽ điều tàu và máy bay tới hoạt động ở bất cứ nơi nào luật quốc tế cho phép, gồm cả Biển Đông. Ngoại trưởng Australia Julie Bishop cho biết nước này có chung quan điểm với Mỹ.

Tờ Global Times, thuộc People’s Daily, cơ quan ngôn luận của đảng Cộng sản Trung Quốc, hôm nay đăng bài xă luận chỉ trích "những hành động khiêu khích và ép buộc liên tục" của Washington.

"Trung Quốc không cần khoan dung khi Mỹ xâm phạm vùng biển và không phận quanh những đảo đang cải tạo", bài xă luận viết, đồng thời cho biết thêm rằng quân đội Trung Quốc nên "sẵn sàng triển khai biện pháp đối phó tùy theo mức độ khiêu khích từ Mỹ".

Giới chức Mỹ trước đó cho biết quân đội nước này có thể điều tàu vào phạm vi 12 hải lư quanh các đảo nhân tạo Trung Quốc xây dựng trái phép tại quần đảo Trường Sa trong vài ngày hoặc vài tuần tới để thể hiện Washington không công nhận tuyên bố chủ quyền phi lư của Bắc Kinh.

Tờ báo gọi động thái trên là "xâm phạm vấn đề cốt lơi của Trung Quốc". "Nếu Mỹ xâm phạm các lợi ích cốt lơi của Trung Quốc, quân đội Trung Quốc sẽ đương đầu và dùng vũ lực để ngăn chặn".

Bài xă luận được đăng tải sau khi người phát ngôn Bộ Ngoại giao Trung Quốc Hoa Xuân Doanh phát biểu với báo giới rằng có "quốc gia nào đó gần đây đang thể hiện sức mạnh quân sự" trên Biển Đông, với ư ám chỉ Mỹ. Bà Hoa nói đây chính là nguyên nhân lớn nhất dẫn đến "sự quân sự hóa" Biển Đông.

Đô đốc John Richardson, Tham mưu trưởng Hải quân Mỹ, hôm nay khẳng định hoạt động của nước này trên các vùng lănh hải quốc tế ở Biển Đông không phải là một bất ngờ, cũng không phải là hành động khiêu khích, Reuters đưa tin.

Trung Quốc tuyên bố chủ quyền với phần lớn diện tích Biển Đông, chồng lấn lên vùng biển của các quốc gia láng giềng như Việt Nam, Philippines. Bắc Kinh c̣n ngang nhiên tiến hành cải tạo đất phi pháp tại quần đảo Trường Sa của Việt Nam.

Trung Quốc hôm 10/10 thông báo hoàn thành hai hải đăng tại quần đảo Trường Sa của Việt Nam và tuyên bố sẽ xây thêm các cơ sở "phục vụ cả dân sự lẫn quân sự". Việt Nam kiên quyết bác bỏ và phản đối mạnh mẽ hành động này, gọi đây là sự xâm phạm nghiêm trọng chủ quyền của Việt Nam, làm t́nh h́nh thêm căng thẳng, phức tạp.

Người Phát ngôn Bộ Ngoại giao Việt Nam Lê Hải B́nh ngày 13/10 một lần nữa khẳng định Việt Nam có đầy đủ căn cứ pháp lư và chứng cứ lịch sử về chủ quyền không tranh căi của Việt Nam đối với hai quần đảo Hoàng Sa và Trường Sa. Mọi việc làm của các bên khác trên quần đảo Trường Sa mà không có sự đồng ư của Việt Nam đều bất hợp pháp và vô giá trị.

The reality : USA had created China - Monster , unfortunately USA unable to destroy it ..
Just open the doors of our homes 99% the stuffs inside our homes come from China .. Funny is USA Brands but Made In China .. Indeed

USA had opened China Door ? It's the only huge population and a Vast market but all Big Businesses in China are State owns , that's why USA plus the West have been learning how China achieves this GOAL ????
