Ông Trump đã và đang để lại nhiều dấu ấn lịch sử. Tông thống Mỹ vừa ghi thêm dấu ấn mà chưa lãnh đạo thế giới hiện đại nào đạt được. Mới nhất là cuộc luận tội ngày 18/12 có nhiều khác biệt so với các cuộc trước. Vượt lên tất cả, Donald Trump trở thành danh từ riêng hiếm hoi phản ánh một cách sinh động bức tranh hiện thực đa dạng của lịch sử.

Việc luận tội không làm hoen mờ thành tích hành pháp. Hai ngày sau luận tội, tổng thống ký gói chi tiêu 1,4 nghìn tỷ USD cho năm tới. Nhỏ là hầu hết trong số 2,1 triệu công chức Mỹ được 12 tuần nghỉ sinh con hưởng lương sau 100 năm tranh đấu, quân đội được tăng 3,1% chi trả, tuổi được mua thuốc lá tăng từ 18 lên 21, nạn đóng cửa chính phủ năm ngoái thôi lặp lại, và thêm 1,375 tỷ USD cho tường biên giới. Lớn là năm tới có 738 tỷ USD cho quốc phòng, lập bộ tư lệnh vũ trụ sau 70 năm nuôi mộng, nâng tổng chi quân sự thời Trump lên kỷ lục 2,5 nghìn tỷ USD. Lớn nữa là căng hơn với Trung Quốc (TQ) mà cụ thể là thân Đài Loan hơn.
Khác với hai nạn nhân cách đây 151 năm và 21 năm xin lỗi và ăn năn, Trump gửi tâm thư sáu trang lên quốc hội và mắng văng mạng những ai cần mắng. Có vẻ luận tội có thể khiến tổng thống dễ thở hơn và tợn hơn để kiếm nhiệm kỳ nữa.

Ông Trump, người bị luận tội đang sở hữu loạt chiến tích tầm thời đại. Cuộc chiến Trump khởi xướng với TQ mới hai năm song có thể tái định hình thế giới trong bối cảnh Mỹ có vẻ trên cơ. Ông làm rung chuyển thể chế đa phương khi rút khỏi nhiều hiệp định toàn cầu mà Mỹ là trụ cột. Ông khiến chảo lửa Trung Đông ùng ục khi công nhận Jerusalem thuộc Israel và xé thoả thuận hạt nhân với Iran.

Những tất yếu của lịch sử thảy đều hiển lộ qua hành vi của một cá nhân bị quy bốc đồng và dốt nát. Một tỷ phú không có vốn liếng chính trị nào được cử tri tín nhiệm là dấu chỉ cho thấy thời của nền chính trị quan phương, nói rất hay nhưng ngày càng xa rời hiện thực, đã đến hồi kết.

Dựng đấu trường quyết chiến với TQ bị quy rút ruột có hệ thống các nguồn tài sản trí tuệ mà chưa đời tổng thống nào dám làm cho thấy tri thức còn lâu mới là hàng hoá biếu không như nhiều người tưởng. Bởi thế, xung đột dữ dội trong luận tội tổng thống thực chất là va chạm giữa hai quan điểm thừa nhận hay bác bỏ những xu thế mới không thể cưỡng lại được.

Có những chuyện ổng làm mà khen ổng hay là chuyện làm bình thường cái JOB của ổng phải làm ..mình bầu ổng lên là để làm những chuyện đó..hay dở thời gian sẽ trả lời sau vì còn sớm mà.Lịch sử HoaKỳ sẻ ghi dấu ấn là TT45 là người thứ ba bị luận tội ..cái hoen ố nầy lưu danh tới muôn đời .
