Old  Default Ai dám nhận trách nhiệm cầu 6 tỷ vừa thông đă sập?
Đó là cầu Ô Rô ở Cà Mau. Tổng kinh phí xây cầu lên tới 6 tỷ đồng. Chiếc cầu này được thông xe từ hồi tháng 2 thế mà sau 6 tháng đă sập. Tối nay 19/8, Chánh Văn pḥng UBND Cà Mau đă gửi Thủ tướng Chính phủ về nguyên nhân sập cầu này.



Theo báo cáo th́ nhận định có rất nhiều nguyên nhân xoáy lở, ḍng chảy sâu hơn so với khảo sát ban đầu, sông lở rộng hơn. Nhà thầu trong quá tŕnh thi công, tập kết vật tư ngay mố cầu… khiến sụp và trượt đất nền đường đầu cầu.

Sau sự cố, làm cho mố cầu bị đẩy ra phía sông 3,64 mét kéo theo sập nhịp cầu. Và nguồn tin này cũng cho biết là nhà thầu thi công công tŕnh có trách nhiệm khắc phục sự cố này.

Theo báo cáo, Cầu Ô Rô được thông xe hồi đầu tháng 2, trong quá tŕnh thi công tuyến đường ô tô đến trung tâm xă Đất Mũi có nhiều phương tiện ô tô vận chuyển vật liệu lưu thông qua cầu, nhưng không phát hiện dấu hiệu bất thường.

C̣n tại thời điểm sập cầu vào tối 5.8 không có phương tiện lưu thông, là thời điểm thủy triều tại sông Ô Rô xuống rất thấp, do đó nguyên nhân sập 2 nhịp cầu không phải do hoạt tải.

Hiện c̣n phải chờ tham vấn ư kiến của một số tổ chức giám định chuyên nghiệp. Hiện Tổ điều tra đă chỉ định Công ty Cổ phần tư vấn thiết kế giao thông vận tải phía Nam (Tedi South) thực hiện kiểm định phục vụ đánh giá nguyên nhân.

Trước mắt để đảm bảo giao thông, Chủ tịch UBND tỉnh Cà Mau chỉ đạo huyện Ngọc Hiển duy tu, sữa chửa tuyến đường giao thông nông thôn từ cầu Hàng Dày nối ra đường Hồ Chí Minh phục vụ lưu thông thông suốt cho xe 2 bánh.

Như thông tin, cầu Ô Rô do UBND H.Ngọc Hiển làm chủ đầu tư, đơn vị thi công là Công ty TNHH tập đoàn thương mai xây dựng Sử Thành Phú (Cà Mau). Cầu được thi công từ năm 2013 nằm trong dự án đường về Trung tâm xă Đất Mũi (dài 84 mét, ngang 3,5 mét), với nguồn vốn đầu tư xây dựng hơn 6 tỉ đồng được thông xe hồi đầu năm, hiện vẫn chưa nghiệm thu và bị sập vào 1 giờ 25 phút ngày 5.8.

Thật là buồn v́ không có thằng việt cộng hay thằng đại gia việt cộng nào đi qua
Mà h́nh như bọn việt cộng đă được thông báo trước rồi th́ phải hehehe
Nguyễn văn trỗi nó đă chết lâu rồi mà sao cầu việt cộng vẫn khoái xập vậy


Nhín mấy cái chân cầu mong manh như chân mấy bà già ở củ chi th́ cầu xập là đúng rồi
