Ông Nguyễn Xuân Phúc chính thức trở thành Chủ tịch nước

Sáng 5/4/2021, Quốc hội nghe công bố kết quả kiểm phiếu bầu Chủ tịch nước. Theo đó, Quốc hội đã thống nhất bầu ông Nguyễn Xuân Phúc giữ chức Chủ tịch nước CHXHCN Việt Nam nhiệm kỳ 2016 - 2021.Quốc hội cũng biểu quyết thông qua Nghị quyết bầu Chủ tịch nước bằng hình thức bấm nút điện tử với tỷ lệ tán thành 100%. Nghị quyết có hiệu lực thi hành ngay sau khi được Quốc hội thông qua.

Nghị quyết do Tổng Thư ký Quốc hội Nguyễn Hạnh Phúc trình bày thể hiện, căn cứ Hiến pháp, luật Tổ chức Quốc hội, nội quy Kỳ họp Quốc hội, căn cứ tờ trình số 852 ngày 2/4 của UB Thường vụ Quốc hội, căn cứ biên bản kiểm phiếu bầu Chủ tịch nước, Quốc hội quyết nghị, bầu ông Nguyễn Xuân Phúc, Ủy viên Bộ Chính trị khóa XIII, đại biểu Quốc hội khóa XIV làm Chủ tịch nước CHXHCN Việt Nam.Theo quy định của Hiến pháp, Chủ tịch nước sau khi được Quốc hội bầu sẽ làm lễ tuyên thệ trước Quốc hội. Chủ tịch Quốc hội Vương Đình Huệ yêu cầu đội nghi lễ vào vị trí để thực hiện lễ tuyên thệ nhậm chức của tân Chủ tịch nước.

Các lãnh đạo Đảng, Tổ quốc, MTTQ Việt Nam, các đại biểu cùng đứng dậy chứng kiến lễ tuyên thệ của Chủ tịch nước. Ông Nguyễn Xuân Phúc bước lên lễ đài, trang nghiêm cúi chào trước cờ Tổ quốc rồi bước tới bục tuyên thệ.

Chủ tịch nước tay phải giơ cao, tay trái đặt trên Hiến pháp tuyên thệ: "Dưới cờ đỏ thiêng liêng của Tổ quốc, trước Quốc hội, trước đồng bào, cử tri cả nước, tôi, Chủ tịch nước CHXHCN Việt Nam, xin tuyên thệ, tuyệt đối trung thành với Tổ quốc, với nhân dân, với Hiến pháp nước CHXHCN Việt Nam, ra sức công tác để hoàn thành nhiệm vụ mà Đảng, Nhà nước và nhân dân giao phó".



On the morning of April 5, 2021, the National Assembly heard the announcement of the results of counting votes to the President. Accordingly, the National Assembly agreed to elect Mr. Nguyen Xuan Phuc as President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam for the 2016-2021 term, and the National Assembly also voted to approve the resolution to elect the President by pressing electronic buttons at the rate 100% endorsement. The Resolution takes effect immediately after it is passed by the National Assembly.

The resolution presented by Secretary General of the National Assembly Nguyen Hanh Phuc shows, based on the Constitution, the Law on Organization of the National Assembly, the rules of the National Assembly's Meeting, based on Report No. 852 dated April 2 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly , based on the minutes of counting of votes for the State President and the National Assembly's resolutions, to elect Mr. Nguyen Xuan Phuc, Member of the Politburo term XIII, member of the 14th National Assembly to be President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. France, the President of the State after being elected by the National Assembly will take an oath before the National Assembly. National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue asked the ceremonial team to be in position to perform the inauguration ceremony of the new President.

Leaders of the Party, Fatherland, Vietnam Fatherland Front, delegates stood up to witness the swearing in ceremony of the President. Mr. Nguyen Xuan Phuc stepped onto the stage, bowed solemnly in front of the Fatherland flag and then walked over to the oath podium.

The President of the State with his right hand raised and his left hand placed on the Constitution takes an oath: "Under the sacred red flag of the Fatherland, the National Assembly, the compatriots and electors of the whole country, I, the President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, please oath, absolute loyalty to the Fatherland, the people, to the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, working hard to fulfill the tasks assigned by the Party, State and people ".
