Phản ứng trước việc Mỹ không bán súng cho Manila, Tổng thống Philippines Rodrigo Duterte hôm nay 2-11 lại lên giọng chửi Mỹ. Ông ta đã sử dụng những từ ngữ vô văn hóa, không thể chấp nhận được. Đến một người bình thường cũng không thể nói giọng đó huống chi Duterte là tổng thống một nước.
Những lời nói trách cứ Mỹ thường xuất hiện trong các bài phát biểu của ông Duterte và lần này không ngoại lệ. Tổng thống Philippines ngày 2-11 phát biểu trên truyền hình, cho biết ông từng đặt niềm tin ở Washington nhưng giờ đã mất đi sự tôn trọng đối với đồng minh lớn nhất của Philippines.

Bộ Ngoại giao Mỹ ngừng kế hoạch bán khoảng 26.000 súng trường tấn công cho cảnh sát quốc gia Philippines sau khi Thượng nghị sĩ Ben Cardin, đảng viên Dân chủ cấp cao của Ủy ban Đối ngoại Thượng viện, phản đối kế hoạch bán vũ khí này. Ông Ben Cardin không đồng tình với việc Mỹ cung cấp vũ khí cho Philippines vì những lo ngại về vi phạm nhân quyền trong cuộc chiến chống ma túy đẫm máu của ông Duterte ở quốc gia châu Á này.
“Hãy nhìn vào những kẻ nhãi nhép, chúng tôi muốn mua 26.000 súng trường thì họ lại không muốn bán. Thằng khốn, chúng tôi có nhiều súng tự chế. Hỡi những thằng Mỹ ngốc nghếch” – ông Duterte bực tức phát biểu trên truyền hình.

Khi Mỹ chỉ trích chiến dịch chống ma túy đẫm máu do ông phát động, Tổng thống Philippines tức giận. Ông Duterte nói: “Đó là lý do tại sao tôi thô lỗ với họ bởi vì họ thô lỗ với tôi trước”.
Trước đó, ngày 1-11, Cảnh sát trưởng Ronald dela Rosa bày tỏ sự thất vọng rằng cảnh sát sẽ không nhận được súng trường M4. Trong khi đó, ông Duterte lần nữa nói rằng Nga và Trung Quốc đã bật đèn xanh sẵn sàng bán vũ khí cho Philippines nhưng sẽ chờ xem liệu quân đội của ông còn muốn tiếp tục sử dụng vũ khí của Mỹ hay không.

wait, I absolutely disagree on this scale based on personal experience (i.e. my own, not other asians hahahaha); this picture stat is waaaaaayyyy understated! hahahah. And, congo people are the biggest statistically really?? hahaha
1) Some guys are "growers" while others are "showers"
2) Sperm volume is also less for Asian males, but having more volume may be linked to being more promiscuous as studies with apes and gorillas have been shown
3) Asian female also have smaller vagina when compare to other races.
4) It’s not impressively big when you don’t need it, but more than adequate when you do.
5) North or South? ... after crazy Kim monarchy, the North development has been stunted
