WASHINGTON (AP) -Cư dân mạng hay download trái phép từ nhạc đến phim hay các show truyền hình, rồi đây sẽ nhận được lời cảnh cáo từ năm hãng cung cấp dịch vụ Internet lớn.

Hệ thống tên The Copyright Alert System do ngành kỹ nghệ phim ảnh và thu băng đĩa lập ra, bắt đầu khởi động trong tuần này, nhằm nhắm đến những khách hàng sử dụng peer-to-peer software, là nhu liệu trung gian để hai người có thể trao đổi dữ kiện với nhau.

Theo hệ thống mới này, các khiếu nại sẽ lập tức khiến hãng cung cấp dịch vụ Internet như Verizon hay AT&T, gửi ngay một thông báo đến khách hàng với địa chỉ Internet được cho là có chia sẻ dữ liệu bất hợp pháp.

Khách hàng nào cho rằng mình bị cáo buộc sai, sẽ phải trả số tiền $35 để có thể phản bác lại. Nếu thắng họ sẽ được hoàn lại tất cả.

Nhiều người cho rằng hành động này chỉ làm nản lòng được cư dân mạng bình thường chứ không làm gì được đối với kẻ vi phạm chuyên nghiệp. Những người này biết cách ngụy trang IP address hoặc họ có thể nối mạng với đường truyền công cộng, như ở các quán cà phê, khiến họ không thể bị theo dõi được. (TP/nguoiviet)

Khi sắc luật ban hành và thông qua , lúc đó hãy tính . còn hiện giờ mấy internet đó thông báo thì kiếm mấy cái net khác , mất khách thì sập tiệm
một đơn giản directv cho lưu trữ phim trong hardrive , vậy bạn có thể copy lại có khác gì nhau ( chớ nên bán dĩa copy )

Comcast chỉ biết những ai đang dùng torrent thôi. Còn sharing qua những hosts thì nó không biết. Nhưng thằng Comcast có cái tục, nó giới hạn số lượng DL/UL trong một tháng. Nếu over quota nó sẽ gọi cảnh cáo hay cắt internet.

Thanks bạn. Mình đã kô dùng Comcast lâu lắm rồi, khi cần thì nó sẽ bán hết personal information for anyone want to know!
Mình chỉ DL phim bộ VN bằng cách thường thôi như Mipony. Thôi để từ từ oi tình hình xem sao.

F .. cũng chẳng có thì giờ hay mướn người xem xét bao nhiêu người dân DL . Các ISP chỉ giảm thiểu số lượng bạn DL nếu quá sẽ phải trả tiền thêm
bởi vì các NET hiện giờ cạnh tranh nhau ( DL các NET cho limit khác biệt )
