Campaign attorney: Trump won Nevada, despite Biden results

Đó không phải là tuyên bố của Ủy ban Bầu cử Nevada mà là của một luật sư trong chiến dịch tranh cử của Trump, bất kể ông Biden thắng 2,6% số phiếu ở tiểu bang này.

LS Jesse Binnall trong chiến dịch tranh cử của Trump vừa tuyên bố một vụ kiện mới, yêu cầu thẩm phán tiểu bang Nevada tuyên bố Trump thắng cử, hoặc vô hiệu hóa kết quả bầu cử tổng thống ở Nevada.

Đơn kiện được nộp ở TP Carson và được giao cho Thẩm phán James Wilson Jr., là vị thẩm phán hồi tháng trước đã từ chối lời đề nghị của LS Binnall, thay mặt cho chiến dịch tranh cử của Trump và Đảng Cộng hòa của tiểu bang này, ngăn chặn việc đếm số phiếu bầu nhận được bằng thư, ở TP Las Vegas và xung quanh TP này.

Thẩm phán Wilson đã ra phán quyết rằng, cả tiểu bang Nevada và quận hạt Clark không làm bất cứ điều gì để ưu tiên dành phiếu cho người khác dù chỉ một phiếu.

LS Binnall đã kháng cáo lên Tòa án Tối cao ở Nevada, nhưng đã bỏ cuộc trước khi việc kiểm phiếu kết thúc hồi tuần trước.

Hôm nay phe Trump thua kiện ở Pennsylvania, bây giờ quay qua kiện ở Nevada.

Đối với một thằng suốt đời chuyên nói láo, gian xảo, trốn thuế, giựt nợ, đâm sau lưng, bán đứng bạn bè & gia đình, etc... thì cho dù là thua bầu cử vì gian lận thì cũng chỉ là quả báo.

Rõ khổ, bi chừ công nhận thất cử thì vốn đã hèn mạt, 0 dám làm; mà âm thầm kêu GOP hoặc cóc nhái như O´Brien, lớn lắm hung dữ lắm lắm cũng là Moscow Mitch...thì đủ cho thấy Trump và GOP chỉ là một đám hèn và vô sĩ diện, 0 còn là GOP oanh liệt như 30 năm trước đây nữa...

Chúng ta nhớ lại trước ngày 03.11.2020 là bọn chúng đã tìm đủ mọi cách để ngăn chặn 0 cho đếm phiếu khiếm diện qua bưu điện đặc biệt ở Las Vegas (chung với Washoe County là 2 quận hạt bầu cho ĐDC quan trọng) và thất bại, chỉ vì cái tính ngu xuẩn mất dạy, y chang như Putin giết người bịt miệng để 0 còn ma nào ra ứng cử, rồi chỉ có 1 người ứng cử viên thì đắc cử 100%...trò hề ! Cho nên nhìn chung những nỗ lực của GOP mới đây đòi TCPV công nhận Trump là thắng ở NV blah blah blah, cũng chỉ là những bước nối tiếp để thiên hạ thấy sự đốn mạt của bọn lâu la này mà thôi.

Nếu tui là Biden, đợi đến ngày 24.11.2020 là NV fải công nhận kết quả kiểm phiếu, rồi sau đó mới tuyên bố:

- Để an ủi những thằng khốn kiếp tìm cách phá bĩnh nền dân chủ Mỹ 4 năm qua, tui xin đại diện những người dân yêu công lý và lẽ phải mà tặng 6 phiếu cử tri đoàn cho họ. Và cũng để toàn thế giới có cơ hội để tưởng nhớ về "Trump´s marvellous presidency at all" !
