Một trong những trí thức phản kháng hàng đầu ở Huế vừa phát đi một nhận định gây khó chịu cho giới lănh đạo CSVN, tuy nhiên lại được báo chí và dân chúng hưởng ứng mạnh mẽ. Thông điệp phát đi cảnh báo rằng dưới quyền lănh đạo của chế độ CSVN đang băng hoại, ngày càng xuất hiện nhiều cái ác kỳ lạ.





Tác giả của lời cảnh báo là Hà Văn Thịnh, là một trong những trí thức ở Huế, trước đây bị CSVN lừa, đưa thông tin sai và kích động ông viết bài tấn công linh mục Ngô Quang Kiệt. Ngay sau khi phát hiện ḿnh bị CSVN lừa, ông đă công bố thư xin lỗi và trở thành một trong những nhà tranh đấu bằng ngôn luận được nhiều người biết đến trong nước.
Dựa trên các bài báo đưa tin về tội ác đang xảy ra trên khắp đất nước, tác giả Hà Văn Thịnh báo động rằng người Việt nay đang quen thuộc và cảm thấy b́nh thường trước những việc như vậy. Tuy nhiên, đây là một t́nh trạng đáng sợ đang phát triển với cấp số nhân trong nước.
Trong bài viết mang tên "Nhiều tín hiệu bất an, xă hội sẽ về đâu?", ông Hà Văn Thịnh viết rằng "Nếu ngẫm kỹ một tư th́ chắc chắn phải giật ḿnh v́ một thực trạng đáng sợ: Từ thành phố tới nông thôn, từ thủ đô đến ‘Ḥn ngọc Viễn Đông’, từ Nam chí Bắc, đâu đâu cũng thấy sự lộng hành của cái ác; sự lo lắng của người dân; sự thờ ơ - nếu không muốn nói là sự gần giống với bất lực của bộ máy công quyền...
Điều đáng phải ngạc nhiên đến mức hốt hoảng là Việt Nam hôm nay, t́nh trạng gia tăng các loại tội phạm lại... tỷ lệ thuận với sự ph́nh to của bộ máy hành chính các cấp mà báo chí đang bàn tới bàn lui nhiều đến mức đọc không xuể.
Bài viết nhanh chóng được dân chúng hưởng ứng, và chỉ trong một thời gian ngắn đă được chia sẻ trên hàng trăm trang mạng tiếng Việt.
Từng người dân Việt hiện nay hoàn toàn chưa đủ ư thức việc nợ công của quốc gia đang tăng dần. Giờ đây mỗi người dân phải gánh khoảng 1000 Mỹ kim. Dân phải đóng thuế để nuôi bộ máy hành chính cồng kềnh chỉ biết thụ hưởng và không làm ǵ, mặc dân bất an, khổ sở, rồi nạn tham nhũng tràn lan, dốt nát đến tệ hại... nhưng ai cũng thấy rằng xă hội Việt Nam đang sụp đổ từng phần từ đạo đức đến kinh tế, con người, giáo dục, chính trị...
Bài viết này là một trong những phản kháng, xuất hiện công khai trên báo chí Nhà nước. Nó cho thấy sự chán ngán và giận dữ của người dân đă đến cùng cực. Đây có thể coi là một trong những cột mốc đáng chú ư cho những chuyển biến khởi đầu cho những thay đổi sắp tới.
