Old  Default Du khách Việt quỳ gối, khóc xin hoàn tiền iPhone 6 tại Singapore
Vị du khách được cho là người Việt Nam đă phải quỳ gối, khóc lóc tại một cửa hàng đồ điện tử tại Singapore, xin họ hoàn lại tiền mua chiếc iPhone của ḿnh.

Theo thông tin từ Straits Times, anh này là một công nhân tại Việt Nam, với mức lương chỉ khoảng 4 triệu đồng /tháng. Vừa qua, trong dịp anh và bạn gái đi du lịch tại Singapore, anh đă quyết định mua một chiếc iPhone tặng bạn gái tại cửa hàng Mobile Air, khu Sim Lim Square.
Cửa hàng này báo giá chiếc iPhone 6 là 950 SGD, tức khoảng 16 triệu đồng. Vị khách này đă đồng ư mua và trả bằng tiền mặt. Sau đó, nhân viên cửa hàng tiếp tục hỏi liệu anh có muốn mua thêm gói bảo hành một hoặc hai năm hay không.

Do không rành tiếng Anh, anh này tưởng rằng gói bảo hành được tặng kèm điện thoại nên đồng ư sử dụng gói bảo hành một năm. Hóa đơn được in ra sau đó, và anh đă kư vào hóa đơn mà không đọc kỹ. Đến lúc gần rời khỏi cửa hàng, các nhân viên của cửa hàng yêu cầu vị khách trả thêm 1500 SGD (25,5 triệu đồng), nếu không sẽ không được cầm máy về.

Đến lúc này vị khách rất ngạc nhiên và muốn trả điện thoại để lấy lại tiền. Tuy nhiên, các nhân viên của cửa hàng trên không đồng ư, cho biết anh sẽ bắt buộc phải mua chiếc điện thoại này. Do không biết phải xử lư thế nào, vị khách người Việt đă quỳ xuống, khóc lóc van nài nhân viên nhận lại máy. Tuy nhiên những nhân viên của cửa hàng lại cười nhạo anh, c̣n người qua đường chẳng ai có ư định giúp.

Sau đó, cửa hàng Mobile Air đồng ư nhận lại chiếc iPhone 6 và trả cho cặp đôi 600 SGD. Tuy nhiên cô gái không đồng ư, muốn đ̣i nốt khoản 350 SGD (khoảng gần 6 triệu) c̣n lại, nếu không sẽ báo cảnh sát. Các nhân viên cho biết nếu cô báo cảnh sát, cô sẽ mất cơ hội nhận lại khoản 600 SGD mà họ đề nghị.

Cuối cùng th́ cặp đôi cũng gọi cảnh sát đến. Lúc này các nhân viên cửa hàng đưa ra những hóa đơn đă có chữ kư của thanh niên người Việt, và đề nghị chỉ hoàn lại cho cặp đôi 70 SGD (hơn 1 triệu). Với sự can thiệp của Hội bảo vệ người tiêu dùng, đề nghị này được nâng lên 400 SGD. Vị du khách cuối cùng cũng nhận lại số tiền này, v́ anh cần phải về lại Việt Nam, và anh cũng không chắc hiệp hội kia có thể giúp anh lấy được số tiền c̣n lại.

Hành động của cửa hàng Mobile Air đă bị cư dân mạng Singapore lên án mạnh mẽ. Trên trang Facebook của Straits Times (tờ báo lớn tại Singapore), phần lớn người b́nh luận cho rằng thái độ của cửa hàng là gian lận, bắt chẹt người mua, thậm chí yêu cầu đóng cửa hàng này. Nhiều người cũng chỉ trích cách xử lư của những người có chức trách, và cho rằng cách mua bán này sẽ làm ảnh hưởng tới danh tiếng của đất nước Singapore.

Do không rành tiếng Anh, anh này tưởng rằng gói bảo hành được tặng kèm điện thoại nên đồng ư

không rành tiếng Anh mà ok cho nó sĩ diện trước bạn gái th́ quá nguy hiễm , cũng may chĩ mất ít tiền chứ nó sỗ 1 tràng không rành dám bán luôn bạn gái mà không biết

Nghe nói Singapore cũng là 1 trong những thiên đường của khách du lịch nhưng không ngờ 1 cửa hàng bán Iphone mà lại làm ăn chụp giựt như vậy. Anh chàng họ "ngu" này cũng quá bày đặt, cái tội lấy le với gại.
Ai biết tên cửa tiệm này nên đăng hết tên lên để warning mọi người.

H́nh như trước khi đi qua Singapore thằng này học English được 1 chử " yes " nên mới vậy .

Tưởng ǵ chứ cái vụ khóc lóc và quỳ lụy th́ Nhà Nước XHCN ta làm rất hay. Bao nhiêu năm qua chúng đă dùng chiêu bài này để xin ăn khắp chốn.Đâu ai ngờ rằng cái loại "Văn Hóa Đỉnh Cao" này cũng được người dân truyền bá rộng răi như vậy. Đám Chó dại VC trong này cũng theo cái chiêu này lăng văng nơi đây để xin phân hàng ngày. Đây là chính sách hoàn thiện của CSVN. CSVN luôn thề rằng "Thà Phủ Phục Chứ Không Bao Giờ Sợ Nhục".

Thiệt ra nếu khách hàng ko hiểu cũng đâu đến nỗi bắt chẹc người ta như vậy.
