Câu cửa miệng chửi người khác ngu như bò là câu người dân Việt Nam thường dùng. Phen này ăn nói không cẩn thận là mất tiền như chơi, thậm chí có thể bị truy cứu trách nhiệm hình sự về Tội làm nhục người khác.

Chửi người khác 'NGU NHƯ BÒ' có thể xúc phạm nghiêm trọng đến nhân phẩm, danh dự của người đó. Tùy tính chất, mức độ của hành vi mà người thực hiện hành vi đó có thể bị xử phạt hành chính hoặc nặng hơn là có thể bị truy cứu trách nhiệm hình sự về Tội làm nhục người khác.

Ngoài ra, người thực hiện hành vi đó còn có trách nhiệm phải bồi thường thiệt hại cho người bị chửi "ngu như bò" theo quy định và một khoản tiền để bù đắp tổn thất về tinh thần mà người đó phải gánh chịu do hành vi đó gây ra.

Cụ thể tại Khoản 2 Điều 1 Bộ luật dân sự 2015 có quy định: "2... Mức bồi thường bù đắp tổn thất về tinh thần do các bên thỏa thuận; nếu không thỏa thuận được thì mức tối đa cho một người có danh dự, nhân phẩm, uy tín bị xâm phạm không quá mười lần mức lương cơ sở do Nhà nước quy định."

Và ngày 12/11/2019, Quốc hội đã thông qua Nghị quyết 86/2019/QH14 về dự toán ngân sách nhà nước năm 2020. Theo đó, quyết nghị về việc điều chỉnh mức lương cơ sở từ 1,49 triệu đồng/ tháng lên 1,6 triệu đồng/ tháng kể từ ngày 01/7/2020.

Như vậy, từ ngày 01/7/2020, chửi người khác 'ngu như bò' phải bồi thương tổn thất tinh thần mà người đó phải gánh chịu do hành vi đó gây ra đến 16 triệu đồng.

hoành tráng ngu như bò danh từ- ngôn ngữ của bọn súc sanh ngu như bò csvn. Chà đạp nhân phẩm, tự do ngôn luận thì không lo. bọn súc sanh ngu như bò, sợ người ta chửi ngu như bò cho nên phải ra đạo luật này để bóp chẹt tự do ngôn luận. Đúng là ngu như bò
