VBF-Cứ tưởng hình vẽ chỉ dành cho phim hoạt hình cho con nít xem, ai ngờ. Cảnh sát đã phát hiện ra ông gốc Việt trong bức hình vẽ và lập tức đưa cho người nhân chứng xem và người này lập tức cho rằng đúng ngay. Như vậy chẳng cần đến hình chụp lại hay hình vẽ chuyên nghiệp.

LANCASTER, Pennsylvania – Dựa theo một hình vẽ do cảnh sát cung cấp và được vẽ theo lời mô tả của nhân chứng, cảnh sát tại tiểu bang Pennsylvania đã biết được ông Nguyễn Phước Hùng, 44 tuổi, chính là thủ phạm. Tuy nhiên, họ đang truy tìm ông ta, chưa biết ông đang trốn ở đâu.

Khi cảnh sát cung cấp hình vẽ của nghi can này đến báo chí địa phương vào ngày thứ Ba vừa qua, 6 tháng Hai, nhiều người tưởng là cảnh sát đùa giỡn, vì hình quá giản dị, trông như hình vẽ hoạt họa.

Thế nhưng một thám tử đã nhìn ra những nét chính của hình như hoạt họa này và tin chắc nghi can chính là ông Hùng. Ông từng bị bắt trước đây và có ảnh trong hồ sơ lưu trữ của cảnh sát. Khi được xem ảnh lưu trữ do thám tử cung cấp, nhân chứng đã khẳng định ông Hùng chính là nghi can trong một vụ giả dạng người khác.

Trước khi có hình vẽ, cảnh sát từng được người dân trình báo là có một gã đàn ông đã mạo nhận là nhân viên tại một quán bán hàng ở chợ Central Market tại thành phố Lancaster. Lợi dụng lúc nhân viên bước ra khỏi quán để làm một công việc gì đó, ông Hùng bước vào quán để thế chân và tự nhận là nhân viên của quán. Sau đó ông nhận tiền của khách hàng rồi bỏ trốn.

Sau khi nhận được thông tin về vụ giả dạng nhân viên, vào ngày 30 tháng Giêng, cảnh sát chỉ công bố một bản văn nói về tội phạm này trên trang nhà của sở cảnh sát. Bản văn cho biết “có một người đã ăn cắp tiền mặt và bỏ chạy bằng chân, ông ta là một người khoảng từ 30 đến 40 tuổi, cao 5 feet 4 (1.6 mét), nhỏ con nhưng thon gọn, có thể là người Nam Mỹ Châu hoặc Á Châu.”

Sau đó thì có một nhân chứng đến sở cảnh sát để mô tả hình dạng của nghi can. Nhân chứng này nói rằng nghi can “có tóc đen, thẳng dài tới lỗ tai, có xương má rộng và cằm nhọn.”

Và dựa theo lời khai của nhân chứng này mà cảnh sát đã vẽ bức hình bị nhiều người chê cười, tưởng lầm là hình giỡn chứ không phải hình thiệt.

Thế nhưng một thám tử từng làm việc với Nguyễn Phước Hùng trong một lần phạm tội khác của ông Hùng đã nhận ra những nét chính trong hình vẽ. Khi thám tử lấy hình của nghi can trong hồ sơ và cho nhân chứng xem, người này liền nói, “Đúng là hắn ta.”

Mặc dù biết Hùng là nghi can, cảnh sát chưa biết ông đang ở đâu và đang nhờ dân chúng giúp một tay để bắt ông ta.

Vào ngày thứ Tư, trang blog của cảnh sát Lancaster cũng đã nhìn nhận hình vẽ đã “thiếu chuyên nghiệp và giống hoạt hình,” nhưng nhờ nó mà nay họ có nghi can để điều tra.

Số ở sở cảnh sát Lancaster là (717) 735-3300. Ai biết ông Hùng đang ở đâu thì gọi số này.

Có đéo gì mà khó... Cứ tới Cali chụp đại tên đào ngũ nào thì không ngay chóc 100% thì cũng được 99%...hao hao tên này...

đụ má mầy cái thằng liếm bô nằm vùng đề tài nầy mầy nhảy vô bàn tán hăng say còn vụ thảm sát tết Mậu Thân thì mầy im như nín địt làm tao tưởng mầy bị xe cán chết rồi chứ thắng khốn nạn.

DM Sao mày ngu quá vậy, ăn cứt đến nỗi đần độn sao mậy... Gần Tết rồi tụi mày cần thêm nhiều phân mang đến tòa đại sứ VC làm quà hay sao mà sủa dữ vậy? Cả thằng tổ trưởng qthun của tụi mày cũng phải ló đầu ra xin phân mấy hôm nay.
Tết bây giờ không cần tiếng pháo nữa, chỉ lùa tụi mày ra sủa ngày đêm cũng đủ rồi. Thằng nào sủa nhiều, sủa lớn thì tặng thêm một bô phân lớn. Ráng lên đi, giỏi thì có thưởng.

con bà mịa mày .. mày chỉ biết ăn hiếp nguời hiền . cái lũ như tụi bay chỉ hèn hạ ăn hiếp dân đen .. cấm tụi bay ăn phân tuơi 6 tháng .. chỉ đuợc ăn phân súc vật thôi ..
