Default Vô tư tắm giặt trong nhà vệ sinh tiền tỷ
TPHCM đă đưa vào sử dụng thí điểm miễn phí 3 nhà vệ sinh công cộng (VSCC) tại các công viên. Các nhà vệ sinh này được đầu tư từ 800 triệu tới 1 tỷ đồng. Tuy nhiên, theo phản ánh của nhân viên phục vụ, nhiều người coi đây là nơi tắm gội, giặt giũ miễn phí và sử dụng giấy vệ sinh thoải mái.

Có mặt tại nhà VSCC ở công viên Tao Đàn, vừa cởi giày bước vào bên trong tôi đă thấy thoang thoảng mùi nước hoa và tiếng nhạc du dương. Một giỏ hoa to, đẹp đặt ngay ngắn trên mặt lavabo. Chị nhân viên phục vụ niềm nở: “Em ơi, giấy vệ sinh ở góc tường kia ḱa”. Tôi giật ḿnh, một nhà VSCC miễn phí mà phong cách phục vụ rất chuyên nghiệp.


Mỗi nhà vệ sinh được gắn cột thẻ ATM của ngân hàng Sacombank

Diện tích mỗi nhà vệ sinh chừng 60m2 c̣n có cả khu dành cho người khuyết tật. Hàng chục đôi dép để ngoài để khách thay thế mỗi khi bước vào. Xung quanh được trồng hoa, cây xanh. Mỗi nhà vệ sinh có 2 nhân viên phục vụ theo 2 ca: Từ 5h tới 14h và từ 14h tới 22h. Ngoài việc lau dọn, những nhân viên này kiêm luôn việc trông xe cho khách.

Theo ông Lê Minh Triết, Phó pḥng Quản lư và khai thác hạ tầng giao thông đường bộ, Sở GTVT TP HCM, hiện tại, TP đă đưa vào sử dụng 3 nhà vệ sinh tại Công viên 23/9, Công viên Tao Đàn, Công viên Lê Văn Tám. Theo kế hoạch, TP sẽ triển khai thí điểm lắp đặt 11 nhà vệ sinh công cộng tại các công viên, bến xe trên địa bàn TP (kèm trạm ATM tại các khu vực nhà vệ sinh và bảng quảng cáo tuyên truyền cổ động).

Mặc dù nhà vệ sinh được đầu tư gần tỷ đồng với thiết bị đắt tiền, sử dụng miễn phí nhưng nhiều người dân khi vào sử dụng rất thiếu ư thức. Quan sát tại nhà VSCC ở Tao Đàn cho thấy, trước cửa đă có nhiều đôi dép để khách sử dụng mỗi khi vào nhà vệ sinh. Tuy nhiên, không ít người đă mang luôn cả giày dép bê bết bùn đất đi vào trong.

Chị Lê Thị Minh Thủy, nhân viên lau dọn nhà VSCC ở công viên Tao Đàn cho biết, trong 100 người th́ chỉ chừng 10 người có ư thức khi vào nhà VSCC. Có người c̣n không thèm xả nước sau khi đi vệ sinh.

Chị Quất Thị Rở, nhân viên lau dọn nhà VSCC ở Công viên 23/9 chia sẻ: “Mỗi ngày khoảng 400 lượt người ra vào, ngày Tết có khi tới hơn 1.000 lượt/ngày. Người dân lẫn du khách nước ngoài đều khen ngợi và hài ḷng v́ nhà vệ sinh sạch sẽ. Tuy nhiên, nhiều người coi đây là nơi tắm gội, giặt giũ… miễn phí và sử dụng giấy vệ sinh thoải mái. Có kẻ xấu c̣n lấy trộm ṿi nước gắn ở lavabo bồn rửa tay”, chị Rở cho hay.

Chị Rở đề xuất cơ quan chức năng cần bổ sung thêm bảng nội quy, chỉ dẫn để người dân có ư thức hơn.

cha12 đánh trúng tim mày hay sao mà bức dzái vậy ? Ủa quên mấy thằng Thun làm ǵ c̣n dzái , ăn cắp V̉I nước về ôm ngủ và hát bài " thà như ṿi nước chôm trong cầu tiêu ... Có c̣n hơn không có c̣n hơn không ...Hahahahahahahaha.

Có đi về nhớ t́m thằng " thun " theo v́ nó phục vụ cầm ṿi cho khách Mỹ ĐÁI và chùi rửa đít sau khi ỈA .
