Các bộ trưởng của Đức đă phản ứng một cách căm giận khi được biết rằng Trump đă âm thầm muốn trả 1 tỷ đô-la để mua độc quyền “chỉ riêng cho nước Mỹ” loại thuốc vaccine chống Covid-19 do công ty dược phẩm CureVac của Đức nghiên cứu và sắp chế tạo thành công trong tương lai gần.

Bộ trưởng kinh tế Đức Peter Altmanier nói: “Đức không phải là món hàng để bán”.

Bộ trưởng ngoại giao Đức Heiko Maas nói: “Các nhà nghiên cứu của Đức đang giữ vai tṛ dẫn đầu trong việc chế tạo dược phẩm và các thứ vaccine như một phần của mạng lưới hợp tác toàn cầu. Chúng ta không thể chấp nhận một t́nh trạng mà những kẻ khác muốn thâu tóm độc quyền các kết quả nghiên cứu.”

Dân biểu Erwin Rüddel (thành viên của uỷ ban y tế của quốc hội Đức) nói: “Điều quan trọng bây giờ là sự hợp tác quốc tế, chứ không phải là lợi ích riêng cho một quốc gia.”

Dân biểu liên bang Đức Christian Lindner, lănh tụ của đảng FDP, tố cáo Trump có ư đồ chiếm độc quyền loại thuốc vaccine này để vận động tái tranh cử tổng thống. Christian Lindner nói: “Rơ ràng Trump sẽ dùng bất cứ phương tiện ǵ để vận động tranh cử.”

Bộ trưởng y tế Đức Jens Spahn nói rằng ư đồ của chính quyền Trump muốn độc chiếm CureVac là bất khả, v́ CureVac chỉ chế tạo vaccine “cho toàn thế giới, chứ không cho riêng nước nào cả.”

Bộ trưởng nội vụ Đức Horst Seehofer nói rằng ông đă nghe một số viên chức của chính phủ Đức nói về sự kiện này hôm Chủ Nhật (15/03/2020), và sự kiện này sẽ được đem ra bàn bạc trong hội đồng đặc trách khủng hoảng quốc gia vào ngày thứ Hai (16/03/2020).

Công ty CureVac được thành lập vào năm 2000, đặt cơ sở tại bang Baden-Württemberg của Đức, và có các chi nhánh ở Frankfurt và Boston. Pḥng thí nghiệm của CureVac làm việc song hành với Học viện Paul-Ehrlich, gắn liền với bộ y tế Đức.

Tuần trước, công ty CureVac đă công bố băi nhiệm tổng giám đốc Daniel Menichella và bổ nhiệm Ingmar Hoerrr vào chức vụ này, chỉ vài tuần lễ sau khi Daniel Menichella gặp Donald Trump, Mike Pence và các đại diện của những công ty dược phẩm ở Washington.

Hôm qua, Chủ Nhật 15/03/2020, các nhà đầu tư của CureVac nói rằng họ sẽ không bán vaccine này cho riêng một nước nào cả. Dietmar Hopp, nhà đầu tư chính, tuyên bố: “Nếu chúng ta chế tạo thành công một vaccine hữu hiệu, th́ nói sẽ giúp bảo vệ cho con người trên toàn thế giới.” Bộ trưởng kinh tế Đức Peter Altmanier khen ngợi lời tuyên bố này. Ông nói đó là một “quyết định tuyệt vời.”

Ông cũng chỉ ra rằng chính phủ Đức có quyền xét duyệt các ư đồ sở hữu từ nước ngoài. “Khi có vấn đề đụng chạm nghiêm trọng đến hạ tầng cơ sở và quyền lợi của quốc gia cũng như của châu Âu, th́ chúng ta sẽ ra tay nếu chúng ta phải hành động.”

Nếu chỉ đọc nhiều lần bài này mà vẫn bố láo như thằng đần, th́ cũng hơi có vấn đề đấy !

Hai chữ quan trọng nhất ở đây là ǵ ? Là độc quyền ! Trump là cái thá ǵ mà lại muốn độc quyền, nếu 0 là bán tiếp với giá cắt cổ ? Đây đâu fải là hành động của một người lănh đạo biết lo cho dân cho nước, cho an nguy quốc gia ?? Cái đồ khốn nạn này nó c̣n được cái lũ mất nhân tính đi theo, miệng mồm th́ bá láp, tầm xàm ba đế là nào là tạo khẩu nghiệp, ta đây từ bi dữ lắm: đó là những hạng người mà coronavirus nên xâm nhập đầu tiên !



PS: CureVAC 0 fải là một viện nghiên cứu duy nhất có tiếng tăm ở Đức, nhưng họ phục vụ trước tiên là khoa học, chứ 0 cho bất cứ một ai nào láo như Trump ! America Last th́ đúng hơn !

Vậy thử hỏi: Nhà tụi bây mới đẻ con. Có thằng có tiền nhưng mất dạy. Nó tới nhà đ̣i mua con tụi bây. Vậy th́ tụi bây có bán không?

PS: Nếu tụi bây không nổi giận và vẫn chịu bán con th́ tụi bây cứ tự nhiên nha. LOL

Phải chăng ông ta chỉ quan tâm tới cái ghế của ḿnh ở Nhà Trắng, nếu nhiều người dân Mỹ bị virus Vũ Hán giết chết, th́ sự nghiệp chính trị của ông ta cũng tiêu vong?
