Tổng Thống Barack Obama sẽ không tới thăm Việt Nam vào tháng 4-2014, trong khi Obama thăm 4 quốc gia Châu Á trong vùng.

Bản tin RFI kể rằng vào hôm 12/2/2013, Nhà Trắng chính thức thông báo Tổng thống Barack Obama trong tháng Tư sẽ công du tới 4 nước châu Á: Nhật Bản, Hàn Quốc, Malaysia và Philippines. Một chuyến đi nhằm nhấn mạnh chính sách xoay trục của Mỹ về khu vực châu Á - Thái Bình Dương.

Trên thực tế hồi tháng 11 năm ngoái, cố vấn an ninh quốc gia bà Susan Rice đã thông báo về chuyến công du châu Á lần này của Tổng thống Mỹ nhưng khi đó chưa có các chi tiết cụ thể các nước mà ông Obama sẽ tới thăm cũng như lịch trình của chuyến đi.

Chuyến công du châu Á của Tổng thống Mỹ trước đó hồi tháng 10 đã phải hủy bỏ vì Nhà Trắng bị vướng vào khủng hoảng ngân sách. Khi đó Tổng thống Obama chỉ dự tính tới Indonesia và Brunei dự các hội nghị thượng đỉnh trong khu vực rồi sau đó tới thăm Malaysia và Philippines.

Phát ngôn viên Nhà Trắng Jay Carney cho biết, trong chuyến đi châu Á tới đây, Tổng thống Mỹ sẽ đặt trọng tâm vào cam kết «tăng cường đầu tư ngoại giao, kinh tế và an ninh đối với các nước trong khu vực châu Á - Thái Bình Dương», nằm trong chính sách «chuyển trục» sang châu Á của Washington.

Ngày giờ cụ thể của chuyến đi chưa được đưa ra nhưng theo các nguồn tin ngoại giao từ Washington, thì tại Tokyo, cuộc gặp của ông Obama với Thủ tướng Shinzo Abe sẽ đặt trọng tâm vào quan hệ kinh tế mà cốt lõi là hiệp định tự do thương mại xuyên Thái Bình Dương (TPP). Trong khi đó tại Seoul vấn đề chính được hai lãnh đạo Mỹ - Hàn quan tâm sẽ là tình hình Bắc Triều Tiên và «những biện pháp chung nhằm tiến tới phi hạt nhân hoá» bán đảo Triều Tiên.

RFI cũng ghi thêm rằng, tại Malaysia, Tổng thống Mỹ sẽ đề cập đến những tiến triển trong quan hệ ngoại giao, kinh tế và quốc phòng giữa hai nước. Cuối cùng với đồng minh Philippines đang phải đối phó với các tranh chấp chủ quyền biển đảo với Trung Quốc, ông Obama sẽ đặc biệt quan tâm đến hợp tác kinh tế và an ninh, khẳng định Mỹ luôn là đồng minh tin cậy luôn hỗ trợ Philippines trong mọi tình huống.

Bởi chơi với thằng ngu ḿnh ngu theo. Chơi với những thằng chỉ biết bóc lột cướp bóc tài săn nhân dân và của đất nước tham nhũng thối nát th́ ḿnh sẽ bị ănh hưỡng tai tiếng danh dự cá nhân và có thể bi nguy hiễm trong vai tṛ lảnh đạo đất nước trong hiện tại.

Và chắc chắn 1 điều, những thằng khốn đó sẽ bị nhân dân nước nó nổi lên làm thịt nội trong năm nay, do đó, tránh xa bọn khốn này là tốt nhất.

Obama này thông minh thiệt!

Trong nhiều năm qua đă có các cuộc đàm phán ngoại giao giữa Washington-Hanoi về kinh tế chính trị cũng như xă hội,nhưng kết quả th́ ai cũng thấy rồi ...csVN hứa cho lắm mà làm "ngược" thi nhiều. Cho đến nay quốc hội Hoa Kỳ đă rất nhiều lần bỏ phiếu để đưa csVN vào lại danh sách các quốc gia phi phạm nhân quyền trầm trọng nhat đê có những biện pháp chế tài. C̣n về phần ḿnh csVN luôn chơi tṛ "đánh đu" giữa Washington và TQ,tất cả những ǵ csVN bàn thảo với HK đều phải được TQ kiểm duyệt và cho phép.Ai cũng biet chính sách "xoay trục" sang Châu Á của HK mục đích chính là kiềm chế sự hung hăn ngày càng lấn tới của TQ trong khu vực,nhưng nếu nói rằng với chính sách "đu dây"hiện tại của csVN th́ v́ quyền lợi ǵ của HK mà phải coi trọng VN !?.

Theo lịch sử từ xưa đến nay mà tôi đọc được , trong các "triều đại" của VN th́ chỉ có Tổng thống đệ nhất CH là Ngô Đ́nh Diệm , lúc c̣n mặn nồng với Mỹ , lúc qua Mỹ được trải thảm đỏ do TT MỸ tho8`i đó đón tiếp tại cửa sân bay mà thôi ! C̣n tất cả từ nền đệ nhị CH th́ tiếp đón sơ sài ở nhà riêng hay 1 căn cứ quân sự nào đó ...C̣n chính phủ CSVN th́ đă nhiều lần bị cho đi cửa sau với lư do là tránh người Mỹ gốc Việt biểu t́nh ...
