Đó là câu nói của Thượng tá công an Vũ Xuân Ái khi làm nhiệm vụ tại đồn cửa khẩu sân bay Tân Sơn Nhất dùng để ngăn cản phóng viên Huyền Trang của Truyền Thông Chúa Cứu thế (VRNs) xuất cảnh vào lúc 21g ngày 12/4/2014.

Được biết khi làm thủ tục xuất cảnh, an ninh sân bay đă tịch thu hộ chiếu của phóng viên Huyền Trang và ngăn cản cô xuất cảnh nhưng không nêu ra lư do và điều luật rơ ràng.

Khi cô Trang phản ứng cho sự hành xử tùy tiện, và yêu cầu những an ninh sân bay Tân Sơn Nhất tuân thủ đúng quy định pháp luật về việc quản lư xuất nhập cảnh, th́ cô bị một nam an ninh sân bay đánh vào cổ họng và bị 3 nam an ninh khác kẹp cổ lôi ra bên ngoài.

Cô Trang c̣n cho biết việc tịch thu hộ chiếu không được lập biên bản, cũng như không có Quyết định cấm xuất cảnh mà chỉ được thực hiện qua câu nói miệng của Thượng tá Ái: “tôi là luật”.

Các hành vi cấm xuất cảnh như vừa được nêu thường xuyên diễn ra tại sân bay Tân Sơn Nhất trong thời gian vừa qua

Trong ṿng vài tháng trở lại đây nhiều nhà hoạt động, nhà báo, blogger bất đồng chính kiến liên tục bị cấm xuất cảnh và tịch thu hộ chiếu với cùng lư do “an ninh quốc gia”.

Theo một danh sách của “Hội người bị cấm xuất cảnh” đă ghi nhận được 47 thành viên, nhưng trên thực tế những người bị cấm xuất cảnh v́ lư do này nhiều hơn rất nhiều.

Từ một nguồn tin đáng tin cậy cho biết, danh sách do an ninh lập ra để cấm các nhà hoạt động dân chủ và nhân quyền xuất cảnh đă lên tới con số 2.000 người. Nhưng tất cả đều không được thông báo trước mà chỉ biết đến khi làm thủ tục xuất cảnh.

Theo Nghị định số 136/2007/NĐ-CP của Chính phủ, người có thẩm quyền cho việc ngăn cấm xuất cảnh là Bộ trưởng Bộ Công An và phải ra quyết định bằng văn bản. Nhưng chưa bao giờ việc cấm xuất cảnh này được tiến hành theo đúng tŕnh tự và thủ tục pháp lư.

Cho đến nay tất cả các khiếu nại hay khởi kiện cho việc cấm xuất cảnh này đều không được ṭa án Việt Nam thụ lư và giải quyết.

Không làm được th́ để những thanh niên trong nước làm . Nói th́ dể nhưng làm th́ khó.
Họ chỉ yêu cầu ai biết địa chỉ của gia đ́nh những tên quan chó côn an này th́ đăng lên thôi .
