Ngày 5/6/2019, Phát ngôn của Tổng thống Mỹ Donald Trump về chiến tranh Việt Nam đang gây ra những phản ứng khác nhau trong cộng đồng cựu quân nhân và công chức của chính quyền Việt Nam Cộng ḥa hiện đang sống ở Mỹ: có người thông cảm, nhưng cũng có người phản đối.

Ông Trump và người đồng nhiệm Pháp Macron tham gia lễ tưởng niệm 75 năm ngày đổ bộ của quân đồng minh lên bờ biển Normandy

Xuất hiện trong chương tŕnh truyền h́nh ‘Chào nước Anh’ ngày 5/6/2019 khi đang có chuyến thăm cấp nhà nước đến nước này, người đứng đầu nước Mỹ đă nói về chiến tranh Việt Nam như sau:

“Tôi đă nghĩ đó là một cuộc chiến tệ hại.”

Thế hệ của ông Trump là thế hệ đối mặt với cuộc chiến Việt Nam mà khi đó những người đồng trang lứa với ông đă ṭng quân để lên đường đi chiến đấu ở quốc gia cách nước Mỹ hơn nửa ṿng Trái đất.

“Tôi đă cho rằng đó là một đất nước rất xa xôi và vào lúc đó không có ai từng nghe đến đất nước đó cả,” ông giải thích. “Bởi vậy nhiều người đă chết, điều ǵ đang xảy ra ở đó vậy?”

“Do đó tôi chẳng bao giờ hâm mộ (cuộc chiến Việt Nam) cả - kiểu như (tôi sẽ hâm mộ) chúng ta chiến đấu chống lại Đức Quốc xă, chúng ta chiến đấu chống lại Hitler.”

“Cuộc chiến đó không phải là điều mà chúng ta nên tham gia,” ông nói và cho biết mặc dù lúc đó ông không xuống đường phản chiến như nhiều người, nhưng ông không hề ủng hộ cuộc chiến Việt Nam.

Đoạn trao đổi này xảy ra khi ông Trump được người dẫn chương tŕnh Piers Morgan hỏi rằng liệu ông có ‘ước muốn’ phục vụ trong quân đội, nhất là ở chiến trường Việt Nam hay không.

Ông Trump không phải đi chiến đấu ở Việt Nam v́ được miễn quân dịch bốn lần do đang học đại học và một lần v́ được cấp giấy chứng nhận ‘bị gai xương gót chân’.

Các đối thủ của ông đă chỉ trích việc ông trốn lính là ‘gian trá’ và giấy tờ ông đưa ra là ‘giả tạo’.

Hồi tháng 2/2019, ông Michael Cohen, cựu luật sư của ông Trump, đă khai trước Quốc hội rằng ông Trump ‘đă dựng lên chuyện thương tật đó’ để trốn quân dịch.

Sự thực, đối với nước Mỹ, đó là 1 cuộc chiến ngu xuẩn.
V́ đă đổ vào bao nhiêu tiền, chết bao nhiêu sinh mạng mà thảm bại nhục nhă.
Phải chiến thắng mới đúng với tinh thần Mỹ: Đă chơi phải chơi tới bến.

Ông Trump không nh́n cuộc chiến VN với cặp mắt của một người TT, một TT Mỹ, mà bàn tán comment như một cô nàng hớt tóc đâu đó ở ngoài salon.

Mỹ tham gia cuộc chiến với chiêu bài chống CS, nhưng suy nghĩ của ổng là --> "What the hell is VN?"

Chiến lược xử dụng địa lư VN thực chất là chống CS Nga và Tàu ở ĐNA bên ngoài nước Mỹ, nhưng ổng nhíu mày thắc mắc không hiểu đó là cái ǵ, không thể "hâm mộ" được.

Dù sao th́ ổng muốn chọn thế nào cũng tùy ư ổng thôi.

Nhưng khó hiểu hơn là nhiều người trong chúng ta lại cho rằng --> Ông Trump là tiền đồn chống CS, sẽ tiêu diệt China Tàu Cộng!

Với đầu óc của nhà kinh doanh,

th́ ra thằng già này cũng thuộc loại vô nhân đạo với thằng chó đẽ kissingass .. đánh đổi quyền lợi của ḿnh để bán đứng đồng ḿnh .. hèn chi miền nam rơi vô tay cộng săn bắc việt là đúng rồi .. mấy thằng cuồng bây giờ đă thấy bộ mặt thật của thằng già này .. hèn chi nó trốn lính đi chơi gái là phải rồi ..

Ăn nói của 1 kẻ từng trốn quân dịch trong thời chiến tranh Vn như thế là đúng bài bản rồi của kẻ trốn lính rồi...Chả lẽ ủng hộ chiến tranh Vn bằng hành động trốn quân dịch coi sao được chứ ..

Ngày nay Trump đi bài thương chiến với tụi chệt + cũng chỉ là dạng chống cộng theo kiểu "điếu cầy, mẹ nấm" ǵ đó thôi .

Trong lịch sữ Mỹ có hai tên tổng thống làm tṛ bắt tay với tụi Cộng sản đầu tiên so với các TT tiền nhiệm của họ chưa từng thèm làm.

Thứ Nhất là Nixon , bắt tay với chệt 5-SVPK mà các TT tiền nhiệm của him chưa bao giờ thèm xè tay ra bắt..

Thứ Nh́ là Trump bắt tay với tụi Bắc Hàn mà các TT tiền nhiệm của him chưa bao giờ thèm xè tay ra bắt ..


Đây là hai tên TT khoái khoe tài "ngọai giao" chơi với tụi cùi hủi cộng sản , vậy thôi .. con các TT tiếp theo sau đó cứ việc bắt chước noi gương tùy hỷ ..

Thật ra vào thời Kỳ VN war, dân Mỹ sống bên Mỹ có 3 loại thành phần lận

Thành phần Một :

Ủng hộ chiến tranh VN , nhưng khg muốn gởi lính Yankee vào miền Nam ...tức là họ đồng ư chính phủ Mỹ gỡi viện trợ mọi thứ từ nhân đạo đến vũ khí.. tư tưởng này vô t́nh trùng ư với cố TT Ngô Đ́nh Diệm lẩn cố TT Eisenhower nào muốn lính Mỹ đặt chân vào miền Nam đâu ...chỉ muốn Miền Nam nhan tiền viện trợ Mỹ mà tự tay chính quyền VNCH I chống tui VC .

Thành phần Hai :

Ủng hộ chiến tranh VN, lẩn ủng hộ gởi lính Yankee vào miền Nam luôn ..... Đây chính là tư tưởng cố TT Kennedy cho đến thời Nixon luôn...


Thành phần thứ Ba :
