Chủ sở hữu X, Elon Musk, đă làm bẽ mặt người dẫn chương tŕnh MSNBC Joe Scarborough, cũng như mạng lưới mẹ của anh ta là NBC, v́ đă phát tán tṛ lừa bịp “tắm máu” vào sáng Chủ nhật. Trong một bài đăng riêng, Musk tuyên bố nước Mỹ không thể tồn tại thêm 4 năm nữa dưới sự cai trị của Đảng Dân chủ, đồng thời cho biết đất nước cần một “làn sóng đỏ” vào tháng 11 để tồn tại.

Những người cánh tả và các đồng minh truyền thông của họ đă chộp lấy một đoạn clip dài 17 giây đă được chỉnh sửa, trong đó cựu Tổng thống Donald Trump tuyên bố rằng việc Biden tái đắc cử sẽ dẫn đến một “cuộc tắm máu” cho ngành công nghiệp ô tô. Đoạn clip được chỉnh sửa lừa đảo đă trở thành tâm điểm bàn tán hàng đầu trên các chương tŕnh Chủ nhật, trong khi một số đảng viên Đảng Dân chủ hàng đầu cáo buộc Trump cổ vũ bạo lực.

Trên thực tế, Trump đă nói hơn một phút về sự mở rộng của Trung Quốc trong ngành công nghiệp ô tô điện và sự tàn phá kinh tế mà nó sẽ gây ra.




Người dẫn chương tŕnh MSNBC Joe Scarborough là một trong nhiều học giả cánh tả đă phát tán tṛ lừa bịp thông qua tài khoản X của ḿnh. “Nước Mỹ của Donald Trump. Và anh ấy tự hào về điều đó,” Scarborough viết trên một bức ảnh về cuộc biểu t́nh ở Điện Capitol ngày 6 tháng 1. “Hứa một cuộc ‘tắm máu’ khác nếu anh ta thua lần nữa.”

Chủ sở hữu X, Elon Musk đă nhanh chóng sửa lại anh ta, viết “Ngày 6 tháng 1 không phải là một 'cuộc tắm máu' theo bất kỳ định nghĩa nào và Trump đang đề cập đến t́nh trạng mất việc làm trong ngành ô tô khi ông ấy sử dụng từ đó."

“Bài viết của bạn cực kỳ sai lệch,” Musk nói thêm. Cuối cùng, Scarborough chấp nhận sự sỉ nhục và xóa bài đăng của ḿnh.






Musk cũng nhắm vào công ty mẹ của MSNBC là NBC v́ đă đăng một ḍng tiêu đề gây hiểu lầm có nội dung: “Trump nói rằng sẽ có một cuộc 'tắm máu' nếu ông ấy không tái đắc cử vào tháng 11."

1/ Báo "Người Việt" dịch sai từ "Bloodbath"


Một từ, tiếng Anh lẫn tiếng Việt, có thể có nhiều nghĩa tùy thuộc vào mạch văn (context).

Trong bài phát biểu tại Ohio hôm thứ Bảy, TT Trump đă cảnh báo Chủ tịch Trung Quốc Tập Cận B́nh rằng nếu ông tái đắc cử vào tháng 11, các nhà sản xuất xe hơi (ô tô) hàng đầu của Trung Quốc sẽ không được phép xuất khẩu Xe điện (EV) giá rẻ của họ sang thị trường Hoa Kỳ được mà không phải đối mặt với mức thuế lớn.

Gần đây nhất, có nhiều báo cáo cho biết công ty BYD của Trung Quốc đang có kế hoạch xây dựng các nhà máy xe điện ở Mexico để xuất khẩu xe hơi sang Hoa Kỳ với giá thấp - từ đó nhấn ch́m các đối thủ cạnh tranh do Mỹ sản xuất và thống trị thị trường xe điện.

TT Trump cho rằng việc Biden cho phép Trung Quốc làm như vậy sẽ là một "thảm họa kinh tế trầm trọng” đối với công nhân xe hơi Mỹ.

“Let me tell you something to China, if you’re listening President Xi — and you and I are friends but he understands the way I deal — those big, monster car manufacturing plants that you’re building in Mexico right now, and you think you’re going to get that and you’re going to not hire Americans and you’re going to sell the cars to us, no,” Trump said:

We’re going to put a 100 percent tariff on every single car that comes across the line. And you’re not going to be able to sell those cars if I get elected. Now if I don’t get elected, it’s going to be a bloodbath for the whole, that’s going to be the least of it, it’s going to be a bloodbath for the country; that’s going to be the least of it. Sẽ có người trách ông dùng từ "dao to búa lớn", kích động bạo lực "Bloodbath" trong bài diễn văn. Thế th́ tại sao hôm 19 tháng Hai năm nay, He Xiaopeng, giám đốc điều hành của công ty XPeng Motors (Trung Quốc), dự đoán một “bloodbath” đối với ngành công nghiệp xe hơi Mỹ khi xe điện (EV) giá rẻ do Trung Quốc sản xuất tràn ngập thị trường nhưng truyền thông cánh tả lại im lặng?

3/ Các chuyên gia, giám đốc điều hành và công nhân xe hơi đồng ư với Trump: Trung Quốc hy vọng sẽ tiêu diệt ngành công nghiệp xe hơi Mỹ trong 'bloodbath' dưới thời của Joe Biden.


Vào tháng 1, Giám đốc điều hành Tesla, Elon Musk, cho biết nếu Hoa Kỳ không áp mức thuế khổng lồ lên xe điện của Trung Quốc, Đảng Cộng sản Trung Quốc (ĐCSTQ) sẽ “phá hủy khá nhiều” ngành công nghiệp xe hơi Hoa Kỳ.

Giống như Trump, các chuyên gia của AAM liệt kê việc tăng thuế đối với Trung Quốc là giải pháp chính sách số một để ngăn chặn ngành công nghiệp xe hơi Mỹ đối mặt với nguy cơ phá sản.





Vào đầu năm, United Auto Workers (UAW) đă gửi kiến nghị tới Đại diện Thương mại Hoa Kỳ (USTR) Katherine Tai kêu gọi bà tăng thuế đối với xe hơi nước ngoài, bao gồm cả xe điện.

Giám đốc điều hành Ford Motor Co., Marin Gjaja đă bày tỏ mối quan ngại sâu sắc về mối đe dọa từ Trung Quốc mà Trump đề cập vào cuối tuần qua. Gjaja cho biết tiềm năng xe điện giá rẻ do Trung Quốc sản xuất tại xuất hiện thị trường Mỹ là “mối đe dọa chiến lược khổng lồ” đối với ngành công nghiệp xe hơi Hoa Kỳ, bao gồm cả Ford.


Tờ Economist và Financial Times trong vài tháng qua đă xuất bản các bài cảnh báo về tác động tương tự nếu Biden không thực hiện bất kỳ hành động nào.
