VBF-Chính quyền Indonesia quá là quá mạnh tay khi quyết định đánh ch́m bằng cách cho nổ tung chiếc tàu cá cỡ lớn của TQ khi đánh bắt cá trái phoeps tại vùng biển của họ.Động thái này đă cho thấy đây như là 1 sự đáp trả thiết thực nhất cho những hành động ngang ngược của TQ trên biển đông từ xưa đến nay.Indonesia hôm 20/5 đă đánh ch́m một tàu cá lớn của Trung Quốc và 40 tàu nước ngoài khác bị cáo buộc đánh bắt cá trái phép trong vùng biển nước này, một động thái đáp lại những chỉ trích rằng nước này đang dè chừng sức mạnh của Trung Quốc.Tin tức trên tờ Jakarta Post ngày 20/5 cho biết, chính phủ Indonesia đă đánh ch́m một tàu cá vỏ thép nặng 300 tấn mang tên Gui Xei Yu 12661 của Trung Quốc do đánh bắt trái phép trong vùng biển Indonesia và bị hải quân nước này bắt giữ hồi năm 2009.

Bộ trưởng Thủy sản và Hàng hải Indonesia Susi Pudjiastuti cho biết, tàu cá Gui Xei Yu 12661 bị phá hủy bằng thuốc nổ ở bờ biển Tây Kalimantan. Đây là 1 trong 41 tàu cá nước ngoài bị Indonesia đánh ch́m để "kỷ niệm ngày hành vi nhận thức quốc gia", nhưng là tàu Trung Quốc đầu tiên và duy nhất cho đến nay.

"Đây không phải là cuộc biểu dương lực lượng. Chúng tôi chỉ đơn thuần thực thi pháp luật nước ḿnh," Jakarta Post dẫn lời bà Susi. Bà ca ngợi việc đánh ch́m 41 tàu cá, cho rằng đây là một phần nỗ lực của chính phủ nhằm bảo vệ nguồn tài nguyên biển của Indonesia.

"Việc đánh ch́m được thực hiện sau khi hoàn tất thủ tục pháp lư cho tàu thuyền nước ngoài," bà nói.Ngoài tàu Trung Quốc, chính quyền Indonesia c̣n phá hủy 40 tàu nữa khắp cả nước, trong đó có 5 tàu Việt Nam, hai tàu Thái Lan, 11 tàu Philippines.

Theo Jakarta Post, hải quân Indonesia đă bắt giữ tàu Gui Xei Yu năm 2009, sau khi nó đánh bắt cá gần Biển Đông, điểm nóng tranh chấp giữa các quốc gia Đông Nam Á.

Ngay sau khi nhậm chức tháng 10 năm ngoái, ông Widodo đă phát động chiến dịch bảo vệ tài nguyên biển và ngành công nghiệp đánh bắt cá trong nước, bị thiệt hại hàng tỷ USD mỗi năm v́ nạn đánh bắt cá trái phép. Ông cũng cam kết sẽ tăng cường năng lực hải quân Indonesia.

Trong những tháng gần đây, hàng chục tàu thuyền nước ngoài của Malaysia, Thái Lan, Việt Nam, Papua New Guinea và Philippines đă bị đánh ch́m.

Tờ Today Online ngày 21/5 b́nh luận, động thái này của Jakarta có thể khiến Bắc Kinh và các bên liên quan khác nổi giận. Bà Susi nói rằng việc đánh ch́m tàu cá diễn ra sau khi các thủ tục pháp lư đối với các tàu cá này đă được hoàn thành.

Post ngày 20/5 cho biết, chính phủ Indonesia đă đánh ch́m một tàu cá vỏ thép nặng 300 tấn mang tên Gui Xei Yu 12661 của Trung Quốc do đánh bắt trái phép trong vùng biển Indonesia và bị hải quân nước này bắt giữ hồi năm 2009.
Bắt hồi 2009 - 2015 đả 6 năm chủ tàu không chuộc th́ phải thủy tán đúng rồi
