Old  Default Ông Brett Kavanaugh vào vị trí Thẩm phán Ṭa án Tối cao?
Hôm qua 5/10, Thượng viện Mỹ đă ủng hộ ứng cử viên Brett Kavanaugh, 53 tuổi, vào vị trí Thẩm phán Ṭa án Tối cao với tỉ lệ bỏ phiếu 51/49. Hôm nay sẽ có cuộc bỏ phiếu xác nhận cuối cùng.


Ông Brett Kavanaugh (ảnh) được Thượng viện Mỹ ủng hộ vào vị trí Thẩm phán Ṭa án Tối cao.

Tuy nhiên, ngày bỏ phiếu sau cùng có thể bị gián đoạn, do văn pḥng Thượng nghị sĩ Cộng ḥa Steve Daines thông báo ông Daines sẽ dự đám cưới con gái ở Montana vào ngày 6/10, nên không thể tham gia bỏ phiếu. Hiện đảng Cộng ḥa chỉ chiếm đa số với tỷ lệ 51-49 ở Thượng viện.

Do đó, nếu ông Daines vắng mặt và tất cả thành viên đảng Dân chủ đều bỏ phiếu chống, th́ tất cả các thượng nghị sĩ Cộng ḥa c̣n lại phải đồng ư phê chuẩn ông Kavanaugh. Hiện không có thượng nghị sĩ Cộng ḥa nào lên tiếng bỏ phiếu chống ông Kavanaugh nhưng có khả năng có 4 thượng nghị sĩ Cộng ḥa không ủng hộ ông này.

Hôm 4/10, Nhà Trắng đă gửi bản báo cáo của Cục Điều tra Liên bang (FBI) cho Ủy ban Tư pháp Thượng viện về cáo buộc tấn công t́nh dục nhằm vào ông Kavanaugh. Sau khi đọc báo cáo, bà Susan Collins cho rằng FBI đă điều tra kỹ lưỡng. Trong khi ông Jeff Flake cho biết dù chưa đọc hết, nhưng ông không phát hiện thông tin chống lại ông Kavanaugh. Phía đảng Dân chủ cho rằng bản báo cáo chỉ là sự thanh minh với phạm vi điều tra hạn hẹp và thiếu các nhân chứng quan trọng.

Trong một diễn biến khác, hàng ngh́n người đă tập trung trước Ṭa án Tối cao và ṭa nhà Thượng viện, mang theo các khẩu hiệu phản đối ông Kavanaugh.

Vụ này mà lại có người đi biểu t́nh phản đối th́ có điều hơi lạ. Không cần nói đến điều tra ai khác, cả người mà gọi là "Nạn Nhân" lại không thể khẳng định điều ǵ th́ làm sao mà quan ṭa xử được.
15 tuổi đă không c̣n là quá bé để có thể quên hết đi mọi chuyện. Và nhất là chuyện bị người khác quấy rối t́nh dục. Đây là nỗi ám ảnh trong đời một thiếu nữ và sẽ là một chuyện thật khó quên. Tuy nhiên, bà này lại chẳng nhớ được bất cứ một chi tiết nào. Cả những người bạn của bà ta cũng không thể làm chứng được điều ǵ cả. Như vậy th́ bảo quan ṭa biết đường mà xử.
Ông này dù sao cũng đă có đến hơn 20 năm kinh nghiệm trong ngành luật và cũng chẳng phạm sai lầm ǵ trong suốt thời gian đó. Nói một cách công bằng th́ ông ta đủ khả năng và đủ điều kiện để trở thành vị thẩm phán trong tối cao pháp viện.
Cứ mỗi một lần kiện tụng kiểu này th́ không biết là mất đi bao nhiêu thời gian và lăng phí đi bao nhiêu tiền đóng thuế của dân. Sao không để cho 4 năm trôi qua một cách b́nh lặng?
Câu chuyện 30 năm về trước sao lại chờ vào lúc ông này được chọn làm thẩm phán th́ mới mang ra mà thưa gởi? Hăy trả lại sự an b́nh cho nước Mỹ, chỉ vơn vẹn có hơn 20 ngày nữa là Trump bị hạ bệ rồi, không cần phải làm cho mọi chuyện trở nên u ám hơn nữa.

Một kẻ uống bia say sưa, tấn công t́nh dục gái vị thành niên mà vẫn được người đảng CH ủng hộ để nắm giữ chức chánh án của ṭa án tối cao, th́ có chê bai đảng CSVN cũng không bằng được.

Một ḿnh 15 tuổi đi đến dự tiệc với đám con trai, cũng không nhớ là ai chở đến, theo bản đồ từ nhà bà Ford đến nơi dự tiệc cách xa 9 miles, địa chị nhà cũng không nhớ, ai chở về cũng không nhớ, 2 thằng con trai 17 tuổi đưa vào pḥng rồi khóa cửa lại, ba lấy tư cách ǵ mà mở cửa để chạy ra ngoài? một thằng c̣n vùng vẫy không nỗi chứ đừng nói đến 2 thằng, chỉ có con ma nhà họ Hứa may ra thoát khỏi. Nói xạo không có căn cứ vậy mà cũng có những thằng ngu tin mới chết.

tại đây đụng tới quyền của phụ nữ , thành ra họ biểu t́nh .. không biết đưa ông này lên th́ dân sẽ ra sao? quyền phụ nữ mỹ sẽ c̣n đuợc như xưa?? .. dù có thật hay giă cũng là công lư
