VBF-Với ư định chỉ muốn sang Mỹ để tham gia cuộc thi vậy mà phía đại sứ quán Mỹ đă từ chối cấp thị thực cho học sinh này tới 2 lần. Được biết cuộc thi mà học sinh này muốn tham gia là Intel tổ chức...Hiện phía đại sứ quán hứa sẽ xem xét lại trường hợp khá đặc biệt này. Ngày 11.5, Phạm Huy (học lớp 11A3, Trường THPT TX.Quảng Trị, Quảng Trị) cho hay Huy và giáo viên hướng dẫn là thầy Lê Công Long (dạy môn lư Trường THPT TX.Quảng Trị) đă bị Đại sứ quán Mỹ từ chối cấp thị thực.Huy là tác giả của đề tài “Cánh tay robot cho người khuyết tật”, đoạt giải quán quân của Hội thi khoa học kỹ thuật cấp quốc gia dành cho học sinh trung học năm học 2016 khu vực phía bắc do Bộ GD-ĐT và UBND tỉnh Phú Thọ tổ chức. Với thành tích này, Bộ GĐ-ĐT đă cử Huy tham dự cuộc thi khoa học kỹ thuật quốc tế do Intel tổ chức (Intel ISEF) tại Mỹ từ ngày 12 - 22.5.

Huy cho biết đă cùng giáo viên hướng dẫn đến Đại sứ quán Mỹ phỏng vấn 2 lần, trong đó lần gần nhất là vào ngày 9.5, nhưng cả hai lần đều bị từ chối.

Bà Lê Thị Hương, Giám đốc Sở GD-ĐT Quảng Trị, cho biết ngay sau khi biết Huy được Bộ GD-ĐT cử đi thi, Sở đă tham mưu cho UBND tỉnh xuất một khoản kinh phí khoảng 250 triệu đồng để Huy và giáo viên hướng dẫn qua Mỹ.

“Ngay sau khi Huy và giáo viên hướng dẫn bị từ chối lần 1, Sở đă tiếp tục tham mưu cho UBND tỉnh cùng với Sở Ngoại vụ có văn bản đặc biệt gửi ra Bộ Ngoại giao, Đại sứ quán Mỹ tŕnh bày về trường hợp của Huy. Ngoài ra, theo tôi được biết, bên Bộ GD-ĐT cũng đă nỗ lực hết ḿnh để tác động phía Đại sứ quán Mỹ thay đổi quan điểm, nhưng tất cả đều bất thành”, bà Hương nói.

Thanh Niên đă từng có bài viết về Huy, một cậu học tṛ trường làng, có bố sửa xe máy, mẹ bán vải ngoài chợ, nhưng với niềm đam mê sáng tạo và sự cảm thông đối với những người khuyết tật, những nạn nhân bom ḿn ở quê ḿnh… em đă sáng chế ra cánh tay robot nêu trên.

Thanh Niên đă liên lạc với Đại sứ quán Mỹ để có câu trả lời, tuy nhiên Đại sứ quán Mỹ hẹn sẽ kiểm tra và thông tin lại sau.

Sao không đi liên sô,hay tàu chệc khi bị từ chối 2 lần ? Lại phăi cố đi đến nước tư băn giăy chết, ngay că con cháu cán bộ đăng viên cũng đánh Mỹ cút nhưng vẫn bơ tiền cho con cháu qua đây. Cộng săn vẹm nô cũng thích bơ thừa sữa cặn ngay că thằng phuck cũng mong qua Mỹ mà tiếng Việt nói c̣n không xong u ết xờ a.

một mình em và thầy giáo thì OK , chỉ là kéo theo một đám lâu la..như bác sỉ riêng, phụ tá bác sỉ, phụ tá giáo viên. cố vấn cho Học sinh .....khi quay về vn thì chỉ còn thằng học sinh thôi vì nghèo và không người thân ở nước ngoài giúp trốn ở lại .

“Từ chối” cũng phải chứ để nó qua nó chế ra rô-bô thay thế NASA th́ cả đám sẽ bị thất nghiệp hết rồi sao.... Rồi nó lại có dịp bố láo là “đập tan nhân tài mỹ” ngay hang ổ mỹ th́ 42 năm nữa chịu làm sao nổi?.. Không cấp visa là xong chuyện! Hehehehehe..........
