Vietbf.com - Một Việt kiều Mỹ đã mua đất ở Bạc Liêu để làm nông trại và khu nghỉ dưỡng, nhưng lại xây núi nhân tạo cao khoảng 20 m, xung quanh là hồ nuôi cá trong khu nghỉ dưỡng, mà không xin phép chính quyền sở tại, có thể Việt kiều này bị phạt vì chưa xin phép lại đi xây theo ý mình.

Trao đổi với phóng viên vào ngày 12/11, ông Lê Thanh Hùng, Chánh Văn phòng UBND huyện Vĩnh Lợi (Bạc Liêu), cho biết chính quyền địa phương vừa phát hiện một công trình xây dựng không phép có quy mô lớn ở ấp Trà Ban 1, xã Châu Hưng A. Huyện đã báo cáo UBND tỉnh Bạc Liêu để xin ý kiến vì vượt thẩm quyền xử lý.

Theo ông Trần Văn Luận - Bí thư Chi bộ ấp Trà Ban 1, công trình nói trên được xây dựng khoảng 4 năm, cách quốc lộ 1 khoảng 150 m. Chủ đầu tư là ông Nghìn Hán - Việt kiều Mỹ ngoài 50 tuổi, quê quán phường Vĩnh Phước, thị xã Vĩnh Châu (Sóc Trăng).

"Nghìn Hán là người bà con bên vợ với tôi, ông ấy xây khu nghỉ dưỡng cho gia đình, rộng khoảng 2 ha. Rất nhiều vật liệu bằng gỗ được chở về đây để lắp ráp trong các khu nhà.

Với diện tích này thì không thể làm khu du lịch như mọi người đồn đoán", ông Luận nói.

Phóng viên quan sát thấy trong khu đất có tường rào khá cao của ông Hán được trồng nhiều cây xanh, dãy nhà có phòng nghỉ dưỡng, các tum ăn uống giống như khu du lịch miệt vườn.

Ở giữa có ngọn giả sơn cao khoảng 20 m, xung quanh là hồ nuôi cá...

Trưa 12/11, một xe đầu kéo từ TP.HCM chở rất nhiều hàng hóa được phủ bạt chạy vào công trình xây dựng của ông Hán. Một thanh niên từ trong đi ra hỏi phóng viên là ai mà chụp hình công trình của họ rồi bỏ đi.

Liên lạc với ông Hán qua điện thoại, Việt kiều này xác nhận công trình giả sơn và khu nghỉ dưỡng là của ông.

Theo chủ nhân, do ở nước ngoài nhiều năm nên khi về quê không hiểu hết những quy định liên quan đến xây dựng nên đã làm công trình không phép.

"Lúc mới xây dựng tôi có hỏi anh em ở xã thì được trả lời là cứ xây, khỏi giấy phép gì đâu.

Khi làm nông trại và khu nghỉ dưỡng thì bị kiểm tra, tỉnh phát hiện xây không phép nên tôi đã chuyển mục đích sử dụng đất và xin phép để làm", ông Hán phân trần.

Ông Nguyễn Tấn Khương, Chánh Văn phòng UBND tỉnh Bạc Liêu cho biết nơi đây đã nhận được báo cáo của Sở Xây dựng và UBND huyện Vĩnh Lợi về công trình của ông Hán.

Tỉnh sẽ đối chiếu các quy định liên quan sau khi kiểm tra hồ sơ để có hướng xử lý theo quy định của pháp luật.

Thứ này cho chết cũng đáng đời . Dưỡng già cái con khỉ . Theo cách mô phỏng là định mở business , bây giờ bị sờ gáy thì nói vậy .
