Tổng thống Donald Trump đe dọa kiện (intends to sue) Tổng Thư Kư bang Georgia ông Brad Raffensperger v́ đă ghi âm cuộc điện thoại của họ vào thứ Bảy, trong đó tổng thống yêu cầu ông ta "t́m kiếm " phiếu bầu để chuyển bang Georgia thành màu đỏ trước ngày 6/1.


Chủ tịch Đảng Cộng ḥa Georgia David Shafer đă tweet hôm Chủ nhật rằng TT Trump đă nộp hai vụ kiện v́ ông TTK Raffensperger đă ghi âm cuộc điện thoại về "cuộc thảo luận dàn xếp bí mật".

Theo Ông Shafer, rằng cuộc nói chuyện chỉ bàn về các rắc rối đang chờ xử lư trong tiểu bang, nhưng nội dung câu chuyện không phải như vậy.

Trên thực tế, đoạn ghi âm nói rơ ràng rằng cuộc gọi là sự đ̣i hỏi từ phía TT Trump yêu cầu đảng Cộng ḥa bang Georgia phải "t́m kiếm" phiếu bầu cho Ông ta để lật ngược kết quả bầu cử.

Theo luật của bang Georgia qui định về "sự đồng ư của một bên"(one-party consent law), có nghĩa là chỉ một bên trong cuộc gọi điện thoại biết về đoạn ghi âm là hợp luật. Raffensperger và luật sư của ông ta biết về cuộc ghi âm, điều này đáp ứng quy định "one-party consent". V́ vậy, theo bài viết các vụ kiện của Trump sẽ bị bác bỏ.

Các cố vấn pháp lư khác gọi tuyên bố này là vô lư v́ nếu đó là một cuộc gọi bí mật th́ Trump đă vi phạm quy tắc đó bằng cách ông ta đă tweet tiết lộ về cuộc gọi cho TTK Raffensburger trước đó.

TT Trump tweet: " Tôi đă nói chuyện với Brad Raffensperger hôm qua về Quận Fulton và hành vi gian lận cử tri ở Georgia. Ông ta không sẵn ḷng hoặc không thể trả lời các câu hỏi như lừa đảo về “bỏ phiếu dưới gầm bàn”, phá hủy lá phiếu, “cử tri” ngoài tiểu bang, cử tri đă chết, v.v. Ông ta không có manh mối nào!". Phần trên tóm lược theo Salon ngày 04.01.2021

Ngoài ra, ông Shafer Chủ tịch Đảng CH bang Georgia đă viết trên tweet:" Video clip do @THEWashingtonPost phổ biến đă được chỉnh sửa rất nhiều và bỏ qua quy định rằng tất cả các cuộc thảo luận nhằm mục đích giải quyết các vụ kiện tụng và bảo mật theo luật liên bang và tiểu bang."

Tuy nhiên phía NBC News đă phổ biến audio toàn cuộc điện thoại giữa TT Trump - TTK Raffensperger dài 1 giờ 2 phút, tiêu đề :"Trump gây sức ép với TTK bang Georgia để đếm lại số phiếu bầu cử."

Cứ enjoy cuộc sống như uống bia 33 đi. Ngày xưa trước 4/1975 một thùng 33 nhỏ có hai chai đặc biệt "đít tṛn" uống rất ngon. màu chai này hồng hơn mấy chai kia màu nâu sẫm.

Bạn nangsom bận việc gia đ́nh vài ngày

Zone2 có nhiều người sợ lắm...Đâu phải chỉ 1 ḿnh pác đâu...Nhiều nguời bị block chạy sang zone1 này...V́ bị cho là toàn là thổ tả và theo CS nên mới chạy sang đây...

Haha, tui cũng bị xóa toàn tập những bài viết, phạt điểm âm và cấm cửa ít hôm chỉ v́ nói sự thật và lúc đó chẳng biết tích sự của Zone 1 và 2.
Giờ biết ra là Z2 là vùng cấm địa, nếu nói sự thật th́ y như đang ở phía Bắc của vỹ tuyến 17, bịt mồm bịt miệng và nhốt ngay vào chuồng ... Thế mà lại thích nói Tự Do (ngôn luận) và Dân Chủ và cho đội ngay nón cối là B̀NH LOẠN

Bạn nhé . Tui coi Z2 chưa hề BLOCK nick nào vào com , ngoại trừ những kẻ bàn loạn tui xóa bài .Cũng như ở Z1 thôi . Tui cũng đă thấy bài com của bạn bên Z2 và cũng để cho bạn bàn luận . Nói th́ phải cho đúng sự thật đừng phân chia Z1 hay Z2 hoặc forum này
