Old  Exclamation Việt Nam quyết định truy nă quốc tế Đào Minh Quân và Phạm Lisa với tội danh phản động
Mới đây an ninh Vn đă chính thức có lệnh truy nă đặc biệt đối với ông bà Đào Minh Quân và Phạm Lisa với tối danh lật đổ chính quyền. Được biết cả 2 người đều mang quốc tịch Mỹ đă thuê nhiều người đứng trong hàng ngũ về Vn để phá hoại... Dưới đây là 1 số thông tin đáng chú ư về vụ việc này. Ngày 16/7, TAND TP.HCM dự kiến mở phiên xét xử 12 đối tượng liên quan tới tổ chức phản động do Đào Minh Quân, Phạm Lisa (quốc tịch Mỹ) cầm đầu có hành vi kích động biểu t́nh, gây rối.

Theo đó, các bị can Nguyen James Han, Phan Angel và 10 đồng phạm sẽ bị xét xử về tội "Hoạt động nhằm lật đổ chính quyền nhân dân". Phiên toà dự kiến diễn ra trong 4 ngày.

Phong chức tước để kêu gọi phản động

Theo cáo trạng, những năm 1990, tổ chức "Chính phủ quốc gia Việt Nam lâm thời" được thành lập tại Mỹ. Tổ chức phản động lưu vong này do Đào Minh Quân (quân nhân chế độ Việt Nam cộng ḥa cũ) làm cầm đầu, dưới sự lănh đạo của đảng "Việt Nam tân dân chủ" nhằm lật đổ Nhà nước CHXHCN Việt Nam. Ngày 6/6/2009, Đào Minh Quân công bố nội dung và điều lệ hoạt động của tổ chức phản động này, với mục đích xóa bỏ vai tṛ lănh đạo của Đảng Cộng sản và Nhà nước CHXHCN Việt Nam bằng phương pháp bạo động vũ trang.

Quyết định truy nă đối với Đào Minh Quân và Phạm Lisa.

Nhiều cá nhân đă được tổ chức này phong các chức vụ, tước hiệu như: Kim Collin (em gái Đào Minh Quân) phụ trách "phong trào Việt Nam tân dân chủ", Kelly Triệu (Triệu Thanh Hoa) được pḥng là "chuẩn tướng, giám đốc nha nhân viên bộ quốc pḥng", Trần Trưng Nguyệt Ánh được phong là "đại tá, giám đốc cục an ninh quân đội", Nguyễn Thúy Liễu được phong là "đại biểu chính phủ quốc gia Việt Nam lâm thời tại Pháp", Quách Thế Hùng (hành nghề bác sĩ) phụ trách "bộ tư lệnh chiến lược toàn quốc" cùng Phạm Lisa và các đối tượng khác.

Hồ sơ thể hiện, từ cuối năm 2013, Đào Minh Quân cùng các đồng phạm tổ chức thực hiện nhiều kế hoạch tuyên truyền xuyên tạc và chống phá chính sách, chủ trương của Đảng và Nhà nước. Chúng lôi kéo, móc nối thành lập phát triển lực lượng trong nước, đồng thời cử người sang chỉ đạo thực hiện các hoạt động chống phá.

Cụ thể, các thành viên của tổ chức phản động này lợi dụng mạng xă hội, internet để tuyên truyền lôi kéo phát triển lực lượng nhằm thực hiện các hoạt động chống phá Nhà nước Việt Nam dưới nhiều h́nh thức. Chúng thực hiện khủng bố, phá hoại tư tưởng, rải truyền đơn kích động biểu t́nh, phá hoại.

Thực hiện các hoạt động khủng bố, chống phá

Cuối tháng 2/2017, Phan Angel và Nguyen James Han được tổ chức này cử về Việt Nam để tập hợp, lôi kéo thành viên thực hiện kế hoạch chống phá dịp lễ 30-4 và 1-5. Chúng có mục đích lật đổ chính quyền nhân dân tại Việt Nam để lập chính quyền mới do Đào Minh Quân cầm đầu.

Sau khi nhập cảnh, 2 đối tượng này móc nối với Nguyễn Quang Thanh (được phong làm "tỉnh trưởng Quảng Nam"), Tạ Tấn Lộc (được phong là "đô trưởng Sài G̣n"), Trần Tuấn Tài ("chỉ huy trưởng đội cơ động vệ binh quốc gia"), Nguyễn Hùng Anh ("tỉnh trưởng Long An").

Theo kế hoạch, chúng sẽ phá rào, đột nhập các cơ quan phát thanh địa phương để chèn sóng phát thanh bài tuyên truyền của Đào Minh Quân. Ngoài ra, những đối tượng này c̣n thực hiện các hành động chống phá khác như rải truyền đơn, kêu gọi biểu t́nh, phản đối Formosa và ủng hộ chế độ Việt Nam cộng ḥa… Phần lớn hoạt động của chúng bị lực lượng chức năng phát hiện và bắt giữ.

Kết quả điều tra cho thấy các đối tượng trên đă lôi kéo được 100 người viết đơn tham gia tổ chức, tiến hành hoạt động chống phá và điền vào mẫu "trưng cầu dân ư" với nội dung đồng ư cho Đào Minh Quân làm "tổng thống đệ tam Việt Nam cộng ḥa".

Trong vụ án, nhiều đối tượng lôi kéo cả người thân và bạn bè cùng tham gia tổ chức. Đối tượng Nguyễn Hùng Anh c̣n tự lập danh sách 23 người thân quen và khách hàng trong kinh doanh bầu cho Đào Minh Quân.

Trong số đó, nhiều người không biết việc ḿnh bị ghi tên ủng hộ tổ chức phản động. Nhiều người khác do già yếu hoặc c̣n quá nhỏ không thể lấy lời khai. Nhiều người không bị xử lư h́nh sự do chưa viết đơn tham gia tổ chức cũng như chưa thực hiện hay được giao nhiệm vụ.

sao mấy nguời này hay quá .. bị nhà nuớc việt cộng truy nă khắp nơi .. c̣n tui chửi cộng săn hoài mà chúng có truy nă ǵ đâu .. chắc phải chửi nữa mới đuợc hhahahha..

Cũng khó nói lắm tụi CSVN là lũ súc sanh khi nó cảm thấy tổ chức nào có sức đánh phá mănh liệt th́ bọn chúng-CSVN sẽ chơi bẩn là thủ tiêu. Đồng chí-Đồng sàng với bọn chúng mà vẫn bị ra đi có qui tŕnh b́nh thường. Đào Minh Quân, Phạm Lisa và tổ chức cứu quốc VN phải cẩn thận mọi bề tại v́ bọn súc sanh đang đi vào ngơ cụt, bọn chúng sẽ cắn bậy và làm càn. Bọn súc sanh-CSVN chức vị làm bất cứ điều ǵ để giữ quyền lợi, chức vị, và mạng sống của bọn chúng.

Tui súc sanh này đâu cần bắt cóc, tụi nó sẽ cho ra đi đúng qui tŕnh. Bắt cóc là để moi ra tiền để ở đâu thôi. Tui súc sanh này v́ tiền và quyền lực cả bố mẹ anh chị em bọn súc sanh CSVN cũng sẽ giết

Nếu csvn nói rằng Việt kiều là "phản động" th́ Việt kiều phải cương quyết chầm dứt việc gửi tiền về nuôi dưởng chế độ mị dân ác độc csvn này!!!

FYI, it does not take a gay person to know another gay person.

So I don't have to be a LGBTQ to know that a person is a transgender.

But if that's what you were trying to say, then you're dumber than I think you are.

I just don't know that person, so I simply asked whether or not that person is a transgender person because he/she sounds like a dude. And that's all there is to it.
