Vietnam Airlines (mă cổ phiếu HVN) tiếp tục lỗ sau thuế thu nhập doanh nghiệp 4.975 tỉ đồng, tăng hơn 90% so với cùng kỳ, do t́nh h́nh dịch bệnh Covid 19 ngày càng diễn biến phức tạp, làm ảnh hưởng nặng nề đến hoạt động kinh doanh.
Vietnam Airlines vừa công bố Báo cáo tài chính (BCTC) hợp nhất quí 1-2021 với kết quả tiếp tục lỗ. Dù đạt doanh thu thuần 7.460 tỉ đồng (giảm 60% so với cùng kỳ) th́ hăng này vẫn chịu khoản lỗ gộp 3.869 tỉ đồng, kéo theo lỗ sau thuế 4.975 tỉ đồng, và lỗ lũy kế đến 31-3-2021 là 14.219 tỉ đồng. Số lỗ này đă vượt vốn điều lệ, âm 5.319 tỉ (vốn điều lệ của HVN là 8942 tỉ đồng) và kéo vốn chủ sở hữu của hăng từ hơn 6.000 tỉ đồng xuống c̣n 1.031 tỉ đồng.
Theo quy định của Luật chứng khoán, nếu doanh nghiệp có tổng số lỗ lũy kế vượt quá vốn điều lệ thực góp trong BCTC kiểm toán gần nhất trước thời điểm xem xét sẽ bị hủy niêm yết bắt buộc nên HVN có thể rơi vào trường hợp này nếu không tăng vốn điều lệ 8000 tỉ đồng nữa như kế hoạch đề ra.
Bên cạnh lỗ, hăng c̣n gánh khoản nợ phải trả gần 60.000 tỉ đồng. Trong số này có 12.690 tỉ đồng là nợ vay ngắn hạn và 21.640 tỉ là nợ vay dài hạn, khiến cho nợ/vốn chủ là 57,7 lần, ở mức rủi ro đặc biệt. Tuy nhiên, tiền mặt của hăng trên tài khoản vẫn duy tŕ 2.077 tỉ.
Theo kế hoạch, hăng phải tăng vốn điều lệ thêm 8.000 tỉ đồng nữa v́ việc thua lỗ đă được dự báo trước do thị trường hàng không vẫn chưa thể phục hồi v́ dịch bệnh. Cuối năm 2020, hăng đă thông báo sẽ phát hành cổ phiếu chào bán cho cổ đông hiện hữu với quy mô 8.000 tỉ đồng và Tổng công ty đầu tư - kinh doanh vốn Nhà nước (SCIC) thay mặt Chính phủ đầu tư mua cổ phiếu.
Dự kiến, sau khi phát hành phần vốn tăng thêm, SCIC sẽ nắm giữ 25,39% tổng số cổ phần tại Vietnam Airlines và có đại diện trong Hội đồng quản trị của hăng. Tổng số tỷ lệ cổ phần mà Nhà nước có tại hăng vẫn là 86,1%, ANA Holdings 8,77%; 5,04% c̣n lại thuộc về các cổ đông khác.
Với việc phát hành 8.000 tỉ, vốn chủ sở hữu của hăng sẽ ở mức 8.278 tỉ đồng (đến hết năm 2020) và 8.242 tỉ đồng (hết năm 2021). Tỷ lệ nợ trên vốn chủ sở hữu hết 2020 dự kiến ở mức 6,19 lần sẽ giảm xuống c̣n 5,22 lần (cuối năm 2021).
Cập nhật đến cuối tháng 12-2020, doanh thu hợp nhất năm nay của hăng ước 42.523 tỉ đồng. Trong đó, công ty mẹ ước đạt 32.983 tỉ đồng, đều vượt so với kế hoạch lần lượt là 1.937 tỉ đồng (4,8%) và 448 tỉ đồng (1,4%). Song số lỗ hợp nhất dự kiến ở mức 14.445 tỉ đồng. Mức lỗ sẽ giảm thêm khoảng 2.858 tỉ đồng khi hoàn tất các thủ tục điều chỉnh khấu hao, phân bổ chi phí sửa chữa bảo dưỡng theo chính sách hỗ trợ, tháo gỡ khó khăn của Chính phủ.

The total percentage of shares that the State has in the company is still 86.1%, ANA Holdings 8.77%; The remaining 5.04% belongs to other shareholders.
With the issuance of 8,000 billion VND, the company's equity will be at 8,278 billion VND (by the end of 2020) and 8,242 billion VND (by the end of 2021). The debt to equity ratio by the end of 2020 is expected to be 6.19 times and will decrease to 5.22 times (at the end of 2021).
Update to the end of December 2020, the company's consolidated revenue this year is estimated at 42,523 billion dong.
