Những bằng chứng mà Đảng Dân chủ có vững chắc đến nỗi Tổng thống Donald Trump sẽ nhanh chóng bị kết tội nếu bị xét xử tại tòa án thông thường, khi chủ tịch Ủy ban Tư pháp Hạ viện Mỹ Jerry Nadler cảnh báo hôm 8-12 vừa qua.

Trả lời phỏng vấn của đài CNN, ông Nadler bày tỏ sự tin tưởng đối với bằng chứng của cuộc điều tra và bày tỏ lạc quan khi đảng Dân chủ tiến gần việc soạn thảo điều khoản luận tội nhằm vào ông chủ Nhà Trắng.

"Nếu trình bày trước bồi thẩm đoàn, sẽ có phán quyết có tội trong 3 phút. Có bằng chứng trực tiếp. Thật không hay khi Tổng thống hoặc những người ủng hộ của ông ấy nói rằng bạn không có đủ bằng chứng trực tiếp, trong khi lý do khiến chúng tôi không có thêm bằng chứng là Tổng thống đã ra lệnh cho mọi người trong lĩnh vực hành pháp không hợp tác với Quốc hội trong cuộc điều tra luận tội" - ông Nadler cho biết.

Bình luận được ông Nadler đưa ra một ngày sau khi Ủy ban Tư pháp Hạ viện công bố báo cáo, trong đó đề cập các lập luận cho việc tiến hành luận tội. Báo cáo này không cáo buộc Tổng thống Trump phạm tội danh có thể dẫn đến bị luận tội nhưng nó mở đường cho phiên điều trần trong ngày 9-12 (giờ địa phương).

Tại phiên điều trần này, các Ủy ban Tình báo và Tư pháp Hạ viện sẽ trình bày bằng chứng chống lại nhà lãnh đạo Mỹ.

Các nguồn tin từ Đảng Dân chủ tiết lộ phiên điều trần sẽ đề cập tới "hành vi có thể bị luận tội" của Tổng thống Trump tại Nhà Trắng, trong đó có thể bao gồm cả một số chi tiết trong báo cáo của công tố viên đặc biệt Robert Mueller về cuộc điều tra nghi án Nga can thiệp bầu cử Mỹ.

Ngoài ra, các điều khoản luận tội dự kiến được soạn thảo trong tuần này.

Theo ông Nadler, họ sẽ quyết định nên đưa nội dung gì vào các điều khoản luận tội sau phiên điều trần trên. Ông Nadler cũng nhấn mạnh họ sẽ phải cân nhắc nhiều trước khi đưa ra quyết định cuối cùng.

Ông Jerry Nadler này biết gì mà nói? Ổng chỉ là chủ tịch Ủy ban Tư pháp Hạ viện Mỹ thôi mà. Chớ từ hồi bữa tới giờ, tui thấy các chuyên gia Luật Pháp tràn đầy hiểu biết trong VietBF này đều nói chuyện luận tội Trump chỉ toàn là suy diễn thì phải. LOL

Bác có thể trấn an họ dùm, đừng để họ phải nhốn nháo lên,

Thật ra những cái này có đưa lên tới Thượng Viện thì họ cũng chỉ câm, điếc và mù thôi.
Hãy để người dân quyết định vậy.
