Old  Arrow WHO đề nghị VN chia sẻ quy tŕnh sản xuất Kit phát hiện nCoV
Mới đây, WHO đang yêu cầu Việt Nam chia sẻ quy tŕnh nghiên cứu bộ Kit phát hiện SARS-CoV-2. Tổ chức Y tế Thế giới (WHO) có thư đ*ề nghị Học việ*n Quân y (Bộ Quốc pḥng) chia sẻ quy tŕnh nghiên cứ*u, chế tạo và sả*n xuất bộ Kit ph*át hiện SARS-CoV-2 để cung cấp cho các pḥng nghiên cứ*u khác trên thế giới.


PGS.TS Hồ Anh Sơn, Chủ nhiệm đề tài chia sẻ về sản phẩm.


Đây là thông tin được Trung tướng, GS.TS Đỗ Quyết – Giám đốc Học việ*n Quân Y chia sẻ tại cuộc họp báo công bố kết quả nghiên cứ*u chế tạo bộ sin*h phẩm ph*át hiện SARS-CoV-2.

GS Quyết chia sẻ, sau khi nghiên cứ*u, chế tạo thàn*h công bộ Kit, Học việ*n Quân Y đă gửi thông tin đến một tạp chí vir*us học nổi tiếng. Tạp chí này gửi thông tin sang WHO. Học việ*n Quân y sau đó nhậ*n được thư của WHO đ*ề nghị chia sẻ thông tin quy tŕnh nghiên cứ*u, chế tạo bộ Kit này để chia sẻ với các pḥng nghiên cứ*u trên thế giới. “Chúng tôi đă đồng ư với WHO”, GS Quyết chia sẻ.

Sáng nay, Bộ Khoa học và Công nghệ công bố kết quả nghiên cứ*u chế tạo bộ sin*h phẩm ph*át hiện SARS-CoV-2. Đây là bộ sin*h phẩm đầu tiên được Bộ Y tế cho phép sả*n xuất đại trà bộ sin*h phẩm ph*át hiện SARS-CoV-2 nhằm phục vụ công tác sàng lọc bện*h nhân nghi nhi*ễm đồng thời có thể xuất khẩu và hỗ trợ quốc tế trong việc pḥng chống Covid-2.

sả*n phẩm là kết quả của đ*ề tài nghiên cứ*u trọng điểm cấp Nhà nước “Nghiên cứ*u chế tạo bộ sin*h phẩm real-time RT-PCR và RT PCR ph*át hiện vir*us corona chủng mới (nCoV)” do Học việ*n Quân y chủ tŕ, phối hợp với Công ty cổ phần Công nghệ Việt Á thực hiện.

xá*c định rơ tầm quan trọng đặc biệt của việc phải sớm có bộ kít ph*át hiện nCoV để phục vụ công tác pḥng chống dịc*h bện*h Covid 19, các nhà khoa học thuộc Học việ*n Quân y và Công ty Cổ phần Công nghệ Việt Á đă nỗ lực làm việc không mệt mỏi, cả ngày ngh*ỉ lẫn ban đêm. Sau một tháng, hai đơn vị đă hoàn thiện quy tŕnh công nghệ chế tạo được bộ kít real-time RT-PCR one step ph*át hiện nCoV.

Quá tŕnh nghiên cứ*u, hoàn thiện công nghệ sả*n xuất theo quy tŕnh hết sức nghiêm ngặt, bộ kít được sả*n xuất trên dây chuyền đạt tiêu chuẩn ISO 13485, pḥng thí nghiệm (Labo) thực hiện nghiên cứ*u đạt tiêu chuẩn ISO Class 8. Bộ kít được kiểm định các tiêu chí độ nhạy, độ đặc hiệu, độ chính xá*c, độ lặp lại tương đương bộ sin*h phẩm do US CDC và WHO sả*n xuất.

Các tiêu chí này cũng được kiểm định độ*c lập tại việ*n v*ệ sin*h dịc*h tễ Trung ương, đặc biệt, bộ kít được đán*h giá trên các mẫu bện*h phẩm của bện*h nhân với 5 loại thiết bị phổ biến ở các cơ sở y tế đều cho kết quả chính xá*c tin cậy tại tất cả các thiết bị và tất cả các lần thử nghiệm. việ*n v*ệ sin*h dịc*h tễ Trung ương đă khẳng định, bộ sin*h phẩm được khuyến cá*o sử dụng để ph*át hiện SARS-CoV-2.

Vào 16h chiều 3/3/2020, hộ*i đồn*g KH&CN cấp Quốc gia do Bộ trưởng Bộ KH&CN thàn*h lập đă họp đán*h giá kết quả nghiên cứ*u chế tạo bộ kít real-time RT-PCR one step với tỷ lệ 8/8 (100%) thàn*h v*iên đồng ư thông qua và nhất trí kiến nghị Bộ Y tế cấp phép sử dụng bộ kít real-time RT-PCR do Học việ*n Quân y và Công ty cổ phần Công nghệ Việt Á phối hợp nghiên cứ*u, sả*n xuất.

Hôm qua (4/3/2020), Bộ Y tế đă có quyết định về việc ban hàn*h danh mục 2 sin*h phẩm chuẩn đoán invitro xé*t ngh*iệm vir*us được cấp số đăng kư do Học việ*n Quân Y và Công ty Cổ phàn Việt Á sả*n xuất để phục vụ kịp thời công tác pḥng chống dịc*h Covid-19.

Năng lực sả*n xuất của Công ty cổ phần công nghệ Việt Á khoả*ng 10.000 bộ kít/ngày, khi cần huy độn*g có thể tăng công suất lên 3 lần. Như vậy, năng lực sả*n xuất hoàn toàn có thể đáp ứng nhu cầu trong nước và xuất khẩu hoặc hỗ trợ quốc tế trong t́n*h trạng dịc*h bện*h Covid 19 bùng ph*át ở nhiều thế giới.

Bộ Kit sẽ hỗ trợ công tác sàng lọc các ca nghi nhi*ễm SARS-CoV-2 với thời gian xé*t ngh*iệm, từ khi lấy mẫu, xử lư mẫu và chạy máy mấ*t khoả*ng 2 tiếng. Giá sả*n phẩm từ 400-600 ngh́n đồng.

Với việc sả*n xuất được bộ Kit ph*át hiện SARS-CoV-2, Việt Nam trở thàn*h một trong số ít nước có thể sả*n xuất được sả*n phẩm này, bên cạnh Tổ chức Y tế Thế giới, Nhật Bản, Đức, Trung Quốc, Mỹ.

Trước mắt, đ*ề tài nghiên cứ*u sẽ sả*n xuất 20.000 sả*n phẩm phục vụ công tác sàng lọc bện*h nhân. Tuy nhiên, theo đại diện Công ty Việt Á, công ty đă sả*n xuất 100.000 sả*n phẩm phục vụ công tác sàng lọc bện*h nhân.

việt cộng có đéo đâu mà chia sẻ ; ở vn chết v́ bịnh ǵ cũng được nhưng dứt khoát là ko phải bịnh do corona virus

Ừ , nói láo cho cố vào , rồi bây giờ chuốc hoạt vào thân ,sẽ bị mang nhục với quốc tế lần nỮa ,sau vụ thuơng mại quốc tế dùng hàng TQ made in vn để sản xuất , rồi vụ trịnh xuân thanh , chạy ra nƯỚc ngoài bắt cóc ...nói láo trong nước th́ được ra quốc tế mà xạo xạo coi như xong.

VN giỏi quá, có virus coronas nào sống được đâu.. kỳ này mong WHO và các nước nên bám sát và đ̣i học cho được bí quyết tiêu diệt được corona virus của Vietnam...để giúp đời.

không những nghiên cứu chế ra bộ Kit phát hiện SARS-CoV-2 mà đă sản xuất ra thuốc diệt nó luôn

bộ kit này là "3 in 1" , phát hiện, truy lùng và tiêu diệt tận gốc nên luôn cho ra kết quả âm tính với coronavirus. thế mới gọi là đỉnh cao trí tệ chứ lị kekekeke
