Vừa qua ông Trump đă cho biết đang theo đuổi kế hoạch muốn các đồng ḿnh phải chi trả thêm gánh nặng quân sự cho Mỹ. Theo đó ngoài tiền chi trả đồn trú ông c̣n muốn phải có thêm 50% hoa hồng. Dưới đây là những thông tin cho thấy rơ điều đó. Tổng thống Donald Trump yêu cầu các đồng minh phải thanh toán toàn bộ chi phí đồn trú của lực lượng quân sự Mỹ cộng thêm 50% chi phí bổ sung. Theo Bloomberg, Tổng thống Donald Trump đang lên kế hoạch yêu cầu các đồng minh có lực lượng quân sự Mỹ đồn trú phải thanh toán cho Washington toàn bộ chi phí, cộng thêm 50% khoản tiền “hoa hồng” để bồi dưỡng cho việc được Mỹ bảo vệ quân sự.

Tuy nhiên, không phải toàn bộ những nước có quân Mỹ đồn trú sẽ phải thanh toán thêm mức phí bổ sung 50%, mà con số này sẽ thay đổi tùy theo mỗi đồng minh của Washington.

Với tên gọi “Cost Plus 50”, kế hoạch của Tổng thống Trump có thể sẽ buộc các quốc gia có lực lượng quân đội Mỹ đồn trú đông đảo như Đức, Nhật Bản hay Hàn Quốc phải thanh toán khoản chi phí cao gấp 5-6 lần so với hiện nay.

Tổng thống Trump được cho là đă chuẩn bị cho kế hoạch này trong nhiều tháng. Nhà lănh đạo Mỹ thậm chí c̣n đề xuất ư tưởng này trong các cuộc đàm phán gần đây về thỏa thuận chia sẻ chi phí với Hàn Quốc.

Kể từ khi lên nắm quyền trong 2 năm qua, ông Trump đă nhiều lần than phiền về việc Mỹ phải gánh chi phí quá lớn trong việc duy tŕ lực lượng quân sự để bảo vệ các đồng minh. Tổng thống Trump muốn các nước phải cùng Mỹ gánh khoản chi phí khổng lồ này.

Kế hoạch của Tổng thống Trump được dự đoán sẽ vấp phải sự phản đối từ các đồng minh của Mỹ, đặc biệt là Đức - nơi có khoảng 32.000 lính Mỹ đồn trú. Tại Hàn Quốc, Mỹ cũng duy tŕ khoảng 30.000 quân để đối phó với mối đe dọa tiềm tàng từ Triều Tiên.

Trump muốn chơi tṛ mất dạy với các đồng minh kỳ cựu, khi lăo ta rút khỏi thỏa hiệp với Iran và INF với Putin, tưởng dân t́nh ngu lắm chắc ! Đừng có ngu xuẩn mà gieo rắc âu lo, hoang mang đến các đồng minh, th́ sẽ lănh gậy ông đập lưng chết 0 kịp ngáp, sorry dân Mỹ...NATO chỉ là tay chân của Mỹ hồi nào đến giờ, để cho dân Mỹ ăn no ngủ yên, để yên cho Trump & Clan tha hồ moi tiền dân đen và chính phủ...Trump sang EU là bị "ám sát" liền: 0 = cà chua trứng thối th́ cũng chết v́ bị thiên hạ cười khinh !

Trump nè, trật tự thế giới đă thay đổi, muốn níu kéo làm Anh Hai thiên hạ cũng chẳng effet ǵ đâu: kẻ thù (real enemy, NOT opponent) là họ Tập với chính sách và chiến lược thống trị thế giới ! Bởi vậy Hai Lúa tui thường gọi Trump là Trump khùng là sự lựa chọn đúng nhất ! DUMBEST MORON !
