Old  Default Mách bạn ḅ núc lắc ngon chuẩn vị luôn
Hãy trổ tài với gia đình và người thân làm cơm ḅ lúc lắc ngon như ngoài hàng. Bữa cơm gia đ́nh thêm hấp dẫn với món này. Nào hãy đi chợ và bắt tay vào ngay bây giờ nha.

Nguyên liệu:

- 500 gr thịt ḅ không mỡ

- 1/3 củ hành tây

- 1/2 quả ớt chuông đỏ

- 1/2 quả ớt chuông vàng

- 1 nhánh hành lá

- 2 tép tỏi

- 1 trái ớt sừng

- 20 gr bơ

Gia vị:

- 1 muỗng canh dầu hào + 1 nuỗng cà phê dầu mè + 1 muỗng canh x́ dầu + 1 muỗng cà phê đường +1/2 muỗng cà phê tiêu ḥa sẵn trong 1 cái chén

Cách làm:



Bước 1: Ớt chuông rửa sạch thái miếng vừa ăn, hành tây cũng cắt như thế, hành lá thái khúc, tỏi băm nhỏ, ớt sừng thái lát.



Bước 2: Thịt ḅ rửa sạch, dùng giấy thấm khô, sau đó cắt miếng vuông vừa ăn. Cho thịt vào âu cùng 1/3 gia vị và tỏi băm trộn đều. Để 30 phút đến 1 tiếng cho thịt thấm.



Bước 3: Bắc chảo lên bếp, cho vào 2 muỗng canh dầu, chờ dầu nóng cho thịt ḅ vào chiên áp chảo với lửa hơi lớn. Chiên trở cho thịt cháy sém cạnh đều các mặt, th́ đổ thịt ra tô.



Bước 4: Vẫn cái chảo c̣n nóng, bạn cho thêm 1 chút dầu vào, sau đó cho hành tây vào xào 1 phút. Sau đó cho ớt chuông vào xào 2 phút. Tiếp đến cho gia vị + thịt ḅ vào đảo nhanh (vẫn dùng lửa lớn). Khi thấy gia vị thấm hết vào thịt th́ mới cho bơ + hành lá và ớt sừng vào xào chung 2-3 phút nữa là tắt bếp.



Tŕnh bày : Ḅ lúc lắc cho ra dĩa, có sẵn cơm nghệ + cà chua thái khoanh + xà lách và khoai tây nướng

Hihih... cho dù có đang giận hay đang buồn, mờ xem anh DT viết, lol Tí em cười té ghế.
Những mối t́nh đi dưới mưa, hay t́nh ăn uống của anh Tí đều ủng hộ hết.
