Bé gái 11 tháng tuổi đă bị người mẹ gốc Việt bỏ quên trong xe Lexus suốt 3 giờ giữa thời tiết oi bức, ngột ngạt khiến bé tử vong.

Vụ việc đau ḷng xảy ra vào ngày 17/7 vừa qua với bé Gabriella Gi-Ny Lương, c̣n có tên gọi khác là Ella. Khi được phát hiện, cô bé vẫn ngồi cố định trên chiếc ghế trẻ em trong chiếc Lexus đậu bên cạnh tiệm làm móng tay của gia đ́nh.

Hôm đó, lẽ ra mẹ của bé là bà Katie Lương phải chở bé Ella tới gửi cho người giữ trẻ trước khi đến nơi làm việc vào lúc 9 giờ 30 sáng, th́ bà Lương lại quên gửi con và lái xe thẳng đến tiệm ở Alabama, Mỹ.

Khi không thấy bà Katie đến như thường lệ, người giữ trẻ liền gọi điện thoại hỏi thăm Ella có bị bệnh ǵ không. Lúc đó vợ chồng Katie mới biết ḿnh đă bỏ quên em bé ở trong xe và vội vàng chạy ngay ra ngoài băi đậu cạnh tiệm móng tay để cứu con gái. Bé Ella được đưa đến bệnh viện nhi Alabama ngay sau đó, tuy nhiên, bé được xác định đă chết trước đó.

Sự việc mất con càng thương tâm hơn v́ trong nhiều năm qua vợ chồng Katie Lương đă cố gắng để có thai, trước khi họ đạt thành quả vào năm ngoái là có được bé Ella.

Nhiều người quen của gia đ́nh cho biết, trước khi sự việc đau ḷng xảy ra, bà Katie Lương đă phải trải qua nhiều chuyện sốc khác như một nhân viên của bà treo cổ tự tử và một người quen của gia đ́nh cũng đă bị đột quỵ. Được biết, trong thời gian gần đây, bà Katie cũng thường xuyên bị đăng trí.
