Đứng cúi đầu trước vành móng ngựa là hai thanh niên khoẻ mạnh, mặt mày đều sáng sủa, họ là Nguyễn Triệu Toàn (SN 1989, quốc tịch Australia) và Nguyễn Quốc Huy (SN 1983, ngụ tại Đồng Tháp). Ở độ tuổi này, nếu là những người có chí hướng trong cuộc sống th́ giờ đây họ đang thực hiện những kế hoạch lập nghiệp và nhiều định hướng cho tương lai, chứ không phải cúi gằm mặt, không dám ngẩng đầu, ngại ngùng xấu hổ, tránh ánh nh́n của người đời. Bởi họ đă t́m cho ḿnh một cách tồn tại bản thân mà xă hội lên án đó là trộm cắp, tầm gửi trên mồ hôi công sức của người khác để sinh sống.
Dẫn giải hai bị cáo Nguyễn Triệu Toàn và Nguyễn Quốc Huy về trại giam.
Giữa năm 2012, Toàn nhập cảnh vào Việt Nam. Trong thời gian ở Việt Nam, hắn sống tại khách sạn và quen với Tô Thị Mai Linh. Đến đầu năm 2013 thông qua Linh, hắn quen với cậu của Linh là Nguyễn Quốc Huy. Sống lêu lổng nên chúng bày tính đột nhập vào khu chung cư Miếu Nổi thuộc quận B́nh Thạnh (TPHCM) để trộm cắp tài sản. Kế hoạch và cách thực hiện vụ trộm cắp do Toàn lập ra rất bài bản, cho thấy hắn là tay trộm chuyên nghiệp từ việc chuẩn bị dụng cụ bẻ khóa đến công tác cảnh giới phía ngoài. Thấy pḥng 9.03 của chung cư khoá cửa bên ngoài, biết là vắng chủ nên chúng đă bẻ khóa đột nhập lấy cắp được hơn 10 triệu đồng, chưa kịp tẩu thoát th́ bị bảo vệ ṭa nhà phát hiện. Toàn cầm dao dọa chém bảo vệ rồi bỏ chạy nhưng quần chúng nhân dân kịp thời vây bắt.
Tại ṭa, vị đại diện Viện kiểm sát gay gắt: "Rất nguy hiểm khi các trường hợp trộm cắp đột nhập vào nhà, trộm tài sản không được là sẵn sàng ra tay hành hung giết người. Vụ án này may mắn chưa xảy ra án mạng, nhưng cần phạt nặng để răn đe trong xă hội".
Ṭa tuyên phạt Toàn 3 năm tù và Huy án 1 năm 6 tháng tù. Bước ra khỏi pḥng xử, Toàn và Huy vội vă đi về phía xe chở phạm, tránh nhiều ống kính đang chĩa về phía ḿnh. Biết xấu hổ với xă hội, nghĩa là các bị cáo c̣n có suy nghĩ, chứ không đến mức vô cảm trước tội lỗi. Với khoảng thời gian phạt tù cảnh cáo, răn đe, hy vọng các bị cáo sớm hoàn lương trở thành người có ích cho gia đ́nh và xă hội.

Ở Úc có rất nhiều thành phần thuộc loại ma cô, đĩ điếm, cặn bă của xă hội định cư theo diện bảo lănh. Chúng nó ở đó nhưng bản chất vẫn như loài vật nên sẵn sàng làm những điều tệ hại gây tai tiếng.

Đem cặn băi đi phá hoại cộng đồng người Việt định cư ở Hải Ngoại ko chỉ ở riêng Úc đâu bạn. Bên Châu Âu này cũng bị vậy àh. Hạt mưa tự do, dân chủ đáng tiếc làm cho loài cỏ dại CS lang tràng rất nhiều.
