Bộ trưởng Quốc Pḥng Trung Quốc Ngụy Phượng Ḥa trong phiên khai mạc Diễn đàn An ninh Hương Sơn, Bắc Kinh lên tiếng tuyên bố Trung Quốc kiên quyết « thống nhất » Đài Loan cũng như không « bỏ một tất đất » ở biển Nam Trung Hoa (Biển Đông) trước 500 đại biểu của 67 nước, trong số 100 nước được mời tham dự.

Từ khi bà Thái Anh Văn, đắc cử tổng thống Đài Loan năm 2016, quan hệ hai bờ eo biển càng ngày càng căng thẳng. Cho dù Đài Bắc chưa một lần nói đến khả năng tuyên bố độc lập, Bắc Kinh luôn đe dọa dùng vũ lực để chiếm hải đảo.

Trong chiều hướng này, qua bài diễn văn mang nội dung răn đe, bộ trưởng Quốc Pḥng Trung Quốc Ngụy Phượng Ḥa lưu ư « Trung Quốc là đại cường duy nhất trên thế giới chưa đạt được mục tiêu thống nhất toàn vẹn lănh thổ ». Một lần nữa, ông nhấn mạnh « không một cá nhân nào hay một thế lực nào có thể ngăn cản được quyết tâm thống nhất Đài Loan».

Những lời tuyên bố đe dọa trên đây được đưa ra trong bối cảnh Trung Quốc gia tăng áp lực ngoại giao cô lập Đài Loan. Trong ṿng ba năm, 7 nước bạn quay lưng với Đài Loan để bang giao với Bắc Kinh.

Sau những lời đe dọa, bộ trưởng Quốc Pḥng Trung Quốc tuyên bố muốn « duy tŕ quan hệ tốt với hải đảo », AFP cho biết thêm.

Về Biển Đông, trong bối cảnh bị nhiều nước láng giềng lên án tranh giành chủ quyền, bộ trưởng Ngụy Phượng Ḥa khẳng định quần đảo Hoàng Sa và Trường Sa là « lănh thổ bất khả phân » của Trung Quốc và Bắc Kinh « không để mất một tấc đất của tổ tiên để lại».

Theo chuyên gia Timothy Heath, thuộc Viện Nghiên cứu An ninh Quốc tế RAND Corporation, những lời tuyên bố trên đây của Trung Quốc là nhằm bày tỏ thái độ bất b́nh đối với Hoa Kỳ. Tuy nhiên, Trung Quốc không có khả năng buộc Hoa Kỳ rút khỏi khu vực.

Một tháng trước khi khai mạc Diễn đàn Hương Sơn lần thứ sáu, được Trung Quốc xem là để « cạnh tranh » với Diễn đàn An ninh Sangri-la ở Singapore, Bắc Kinh cho biết đă mời 100 nước.

Trong số 67 nước nhận lời tham dự có phái đoàn Việt Nam do tướng Ngô Xuân Lịch, bộ trưởng Quốc Pḥng Việt Nam làm trưởng đoàn.

Đúng rồi , sủa hoài sủa từ lúc lập nước 5-SVPK hồi 1949 tới bây giờ mà hỏng mắc cở , hỏng dám làm 1 cú thống nhất bằng máu như thằng hồ từng làm cho ra vẻ 1 lần trong đời biết thế nào là nghệ thuật "thu giang sơn về 1 mối bằng máu" cả...

Đúng là chệt 5-SVPK ngu bị thiên hạ chửi như thế mà cứ sủa hoài hỏng chịu qua hành động..th́ ḷi chành chệt 5-SVPK chỉ là loại chó sủa hoài mà chả cắn rồi....he.he..he..he..

Cái vấn đề là tụi chệt cộng h́nh như khi nh́n vào tụi chệt Đài th́ sợ cái Vía tụi chệt Đài hay sao đó?

De facto là thế này:
Thiên hạ ngày nay trên thế giới thấy quá rỏ ràng có hai loại chệt:

Loại chệt thứ nhất là chệt 5-SVPK c̣n tôn thờ biểu tượng Búa Liềm..
Loại chệt thứ nh́ là loại chệt đách ưa biểu tượng Búa Liềm..

Vậy mà loại chệt ưa "búa liềm" hỏng dám thống nhất tụi chệt hỏng ưa BL, có cái ǵ đó ngu ngu đần đần hơn thằng hồ chí minh ở đâu đó...thằng Hcm ưa BL dám thống nhất, chết rồi vần để di chúc cho con cháu mơ mộng "thống nhất"...tại sao thằng chệt 5-SVPK cũng ưa BL mà hỏng dám thống nhất chệt Đài vậy cà... cứ talk talk hoài... hà.
