Chuyện như đùa khi tài xế ở Việt Nam dù không uống rượu bia mà chỉ ăn trái cây thôi cũng bị phạt. Dù thổi lại nhiều lần nhưng kết quả vẫn là có nồng độ cồn trong hơi thở. Lái xe Nguyễn Văn An bị tạm giữ xe 7 ngày, tước giấy phép lái xe và phạt 2,5 triệu đồng. CSGT yêu cầu lái xe ngồi trên xe để kiểm tra nồng độ cồn.


Tài xế thổi tới 3 lần

Thực hiện kế hoạch 125 của Pḥng CSGT, Công an TP Hà Nội, Đội CSGT số 14 chiều qua kiểm tra xe bán tải 18C-097.00 do Nguyễn Văn An (Mỹ Hà – Mỹ Lộc – Nam Định) cầm lái đang lăn bánh trên đường Giải Phóng hướng ra ngoại thành.

Khi lái xe dừng, CSGT yêu cầu lái xe ngồi trên xe, hạ kính để kiểm tra nồng độ cồn, nếu không có vi phạm th́ lái xe có thể chuyển bánh.



Lần thổi thứ nhất cho kết quả có nồng độ cồn trong hơi thở, lái xe được mời xuống xuất tŕnh giấy tờ.

Lái xe Nguyễn Văn An thắc mắc: Trưa nay không uống b.ia r.ượu mà sao thổi vẫn có nồng độ cồn?

Để đảm bảo công tâm, tổ công tác cho tài xế thổi lần thứ 2, kết quả vẫn có nồng độ cồn trong hơi thở.

Đến lúc này lái xe lại tŕnh bày: “Ăn trưa xong, em chỉ ăn hoa quả chứ không uống r.ượu b.ia”. Tổ công tác lại cho lái xe Nguyễn Văn An thổi thêm lần 3. Kết quả lần này không khác 2 lần trước. Tâm phục khẩu phục, lái xe đành kư vào biên bản vi phạm.



Tài xế kư vào biên bản vi phạm


Trung tá Đỗ Trọng Tuân, Phó đội trưởng Đội CSGT số 14 cho biết: Với lỗi nồng độ cồn 0,127 mg/L, lái xe Nguyễn Văn An bị xử phạt 2,5 triệu đồng, tước GPLX 2 tháng, tạm giữ phương tiện 7 ngày.

Trong 6 tháng đầu năm nay, Đội CSGT số 14 đă xử lư 10.351 trường hợp, tạm giữ 220 phương tiện, tước GPLX 739 trường hợp, trong đó có 56 trường hợp lái xe sử dụng b.ia r.ượu khi điều khiển phương tiện, nộp ngân sách gần 3 tỷ đồng.
