Tổng thống Trump đă nói trong một cuộc phỏng vấn trên đài phát thanh hôm thứ Ba rằng "Ngay cả George Washington cũng sẽ gặp khó khăn để đánh bại ông ta (Trump)” trong một cuộc đấu giành vị trí tổng thống – tại thời điểm trước đại dịch.



"Tôi không biết mọi người đă thấy, các cuộc thăm ḍ đă diễn ra đi lên như một chiếc tên lửa. Ngay cả George Washington cũng sẽ phải rất khó khăn để đánh bại tôi tại thời điểm trước khi bệnh dịch bùng phát, và trước khi bệnh dịch ở Trung Quốc. Chỉ số người Mỹ đồng t́nh với tổng thống trong các cuộc thăm ḍ RealClearPolitics đứng ở mức 47,3 phần trăm vào ngày 31 tháng 3, trong những tuần đầu trước đại dịch.



Đến đầu tháng 7, chỉ số này đă giảm xuống 41,1%. Và Nó đang ở mức 43% vào sáng thứ Ba này.

Thật sự mà nói nhiệm kỳ tổng thống 4 năm là vô nghĩa. 2 năm đầu lo củng cố quyền lực 2 năm sau lo vận động bầu cử tiếp theo, chẳng làm được ǵ. Vả lại với những chính sách đối ngoại lâu dài hiệu quả chỉ có thể thấy trong hằng chục năm sau!

Những TT Mỹ trong quá khứ cũng đâu có tệ, và nhiệm kỳ nào cũng bấy nhiêu năm mà thôi.

C̣n hôm nay tại sao chúng ta lại có cảm giác nó qua quá nhanh như vậy? 2 năm củng cố và 2 năm vận động? Đó là v́ TT hiện thời chỉ CUỐN HÚT XOAY V̉NG có bấy nhiêu mà thôi. Đổ thừa cho bất cứ lư do ǵ cũng vậy, kết quả cuối cùng vẫn là các vị trước không sao, nhưng đến ngài hôm nay th́ TẤT BẬT CỦNG CỐ VÀ VẬN ĐỘNG.

V́ không có THỰC TÀI, nên phải xoay ṿng trong CỦNG CỐ với VẬN ĐỘNG lắm tṛ mà chỉ đủ giữ vị trí dậm chân tại chỗ là mừng rồi.

Vừa vô White House là đă lo đá đạp những nề nếp cũ ra, xóa bỏ thành tựu của kẻ thù, đó là 2 năm đầu củng cố.

Đến giờ này lo chạy ngược chạy xuôi trổ tài bằng những tuyên bố nhưng không có ǵ thành hiện thực, đó là 2 năm sau vận động.

Một khi đă quá bận bịu với chuyện đó th́ MỘT NHIỆM KỲ TRÔI NHANH NHƯ CHỚP chẳng làm được tṛ trống ǵ cả, đẻ ra một đống khói lửa, và khiến cho người ta nh́n thấy thời gian đó thành VÔ NGHĨA. Chứ c̣n các vị TT trước làm việc ngon lành, Đảng nào cũng được.

Chỉ với điều kiện là chúng được tiếp tục mà thôi.

C̣n nếu xem các chính sách đó thuộc hàng KẺ THÙ CẠNH TRANH và đem dẹp nó, đuổi người cũ đi, đưa con cháu vô mở ra chính sách khác. Xốc lên bộ bài mới tráo lá tứ tung...

Thật ra, "nghề" Tổng Thống chỉ mất có 3 tháng đầu cho tập sự(training), thông thường thời gian này TT mới sẽ liên lạc nhiều với TT tiền nhiệm như vai tṛ cố vấn để chuyển giao quyền lực êm thấm. Rất tiếc là TT Trump không làm điều này nên không biết ǵ về vai tṛ và cách làm TT. Có thể v́ ông thông minh, thiên tài và biết tất cả.
Đường lối, chính sách cho TT mới đều đă có sẵn trong thời gian đối chất ứng cử và sẽ được tư vấn, đưa ra thay đổi tuỳ thuộc chính sách đảng cầm quyền. Tóm lại nghề TT chỉ mất thời gian 3 tháng cho năm đầu và 3 tháng cho năm cuối về việc chuẩn bị cho bầu cử mới hay chuyển giao quyền lực.

Rất tiếc là TT Trump không làm điều này nên không biết ǵ về vai tṛ và cách làm TT. Có thể v́ ông thông minh, thiên tài và biết tất cả.
Đường lối, chính sách cho TT mới đều đă có sẵn trong thời gian đối chất ứng cử và sẽ được tư vấn, đưa ra thay đổi tuỳ thuộc chính sách đảng cầm quyền. Tóm lại nghề TT chỉ mất thời gian 3 tháng cho năm đầu và 3 tháng cho năm cuối về việc chuẩn bị cho bầu cử mới hay chuyển giao quyền lực.

Anh 5 mà nói vậy th́ không được, theo cách tính của anh 5 th́ thời giờ đâu mà quưnh chệt! Tôi cũng cầu cho bác trâm tái cữ có 4 năm tới quưnh cho chệt nó ...nói tiếng hán đi!
