Mận ‘khủng long’ nhập khẩu từ Úc, nó to như quả đấm. Vậy mà chị em Việt tranh mua, mục đích của họ để giảm cân. Giá loại mận này lên tới 350.000đ/kg.

Theo một số chuyên gia, mận không chỉ chứa ít calo, mà c̣n giàu vitamin, khoáng chất và dinh dưỡng cần thiết cho những ai muốn giảm cân, duy tŕ trọng lượng cơ thể hiệu quả. Ăn mận giảm cân là phương pháp giảm cân an toàn và hiệu quả rất đc nhiều người tin sử dụng hiện nay.



Mận khủng long được nhập khẩu từ Úc.
Do đó, những loại mận nhập khẩu có vị ngọt, ít chua đang được nhiều chị em săn lùng để nhằm giảm cân trong mùa hè này.

Chị Hương Giang (Đống Đa, Hà Nội), chủ một cửa hàng hoa quả nhập khẩu trên đường Phạm Ngọc Thạch cho biết: “Khoảng 1 tháng trở lại đây các loại mận nhập khẩu nhà tôi trộm vía bán chạy hơn hẳn. Nhất là những loại mận to, độ ngọt vừa phải, không chua chát, ví như mận khủng long chẳng hạn”.



Mận khủng long loại 1 có quả to như đấm tay, vẫn c̣n nguyên phấn.
Cụ thể, chị Giang giải thích, gọi mận này là mận khủng long một phần v́ quả to, có quả to bằng nắm đấm tay nhưng cũng một phần v́ tem nhăn hiệu của loại mận Úc này có h́nh chú khủng long nên gọi vậy để dễ phân biệt với những loại mận khác như mận vàng Úc, mận đường, mận Hàn Quốc, mận Chile,…

Về giá cả, mận khủng long Úc đang được bán ra trên thị trường từ 350.000 – 500.000 đồng/kg tùy kích cỡ và chất lượng.

Theo quan sát, mận khủng long có kích thước to bằng nắm đấm tay, có vỏ màu nâu tím giống mận tam hoa, thịt mận có màu sẫm tím và chứa rất nhiều nước. Khi ăn phần vỏ có cảm giác gịn tan, thịt quả có vị ngọt lịm

“Không những ăn ngon mà ḿnh t́m hiểu th́ mận c̣n có hàm lượng chất xơ, vitamin, chất chống oxy hóa cao nên rất hợp để giảm cân”, chị Thanh Huyền (Hai Bà Trưng, Hà Nội) chia sẻ.

Theo đó, cứ 2-3 ngày chị Huyền lại mua 2 kg mận khủng long Úc để về ăn hoặc làm nước ép mận giúp giảm cân.

“Mỗi ngày tôi uống 1-2 cốc nước ép mận, có hôm ngại làm nước ép th́ tôi ăn luôn. Cứ đều đặn như vậy trong gần 2 tháng qua th́ tôi cũng thấy cơ thể nhẹ nhàng hơn, mỡ thừa cũng có giảm mà ăn mận này lại ngon, ngọt nữa”, chị Huyền nói.

Giống như chị Huyền, chị Linh Chi (Hoàn Kiếm, Hà Nội) cũng cho hay rằng gần 1 tháng nay văn pḥng nơi chị làm việc cũng hay mua mận về ăn để giảm cân.

“Cứ 1 tuần 1 lần văn pḥng tôi lại mua đến vài yến mận nhập khẩu về chia nhau ăn để giảm cân. Đợt trước chúng tôi hay mua mận Hàn Quốc, nhưng mấy lần gần đây đều đổi sang mận khủng long nhập khẩu Úc v́ mận này ngọt hơn, vỏ cũng ít chát hơn mận Hàn Quốc”, chị Chi chia sẻ.



Ngoài mận khủng long Úc, trên thị trường c̣n có mận khủng long xanh nhập khẩu của Mỹ.
Đáng nói, một số chủ cửa hàng bán hoa quả nhập khẩu tiết lộ rằng, tính trong khoảng 2 tháng vào hè này, mỗi tháng cửa hàng có thể bán tới 2 – 3,5 tạ mận nhập khẩu các loại.

“Chủ yếu là cửa hàng tôi nhập về theo đơn đặt hàng của khách quen, khách mua nhiều. Nhưng vào hè rồi nên tôi cũng nhập dư ra vài yến để đáp ứng nhu cầu của khách lẻ, họ đến mua th́ có hàng luôn chứ không phải chờ đợi nhiều”, anh Thành Hưng, chủ một cửa hàng bán hoa quả nhập khẩu trên đường Láng chia sẻ thêm.

Quá đúng tối trước khi đi ngủ ăn 1 trái sáng đi toilette khoẻ re không có bón.

Cái này mua về chưng coi chơi vậy chứ,

nếu muốn dùng chắc cha 12 phải bán kèm với vi ả gà tui mới mua à nghen.
