Old  Default Sao nổi tiếng ở Myanmar bị bắt lúc tờ mờ sáng vì ủng hộ biểu tình

Myanmar's military government has increased the arrest or hunt for a number of celebrities such as singers, actors and models to prevent them from calling for dissident movements. stars in the field of art and media in both Myanmar and Thailand were arrested by the Myanmar army earlier this morning on April 8 in Yangon.

Thi Thi Lwin, Takhon's sister, told Reuters that her brother was taken away around 4:30 this morning at his parents' home in the North Dagon area, Yangon city in poor health. The sister added that the security force suddenly stormed her parents' home with eight military vehicles and about 50 soldiers. Her family is not sure where Takhon was being taken.

Paing Takhon is currently a famous model, actress, and MC in Myanmar. Besides that. In addition, he is also the face representing many major brands in Thailand as well as Myanmar.

Paing Takhon has millions of followers on social networks such as Facebook, Instagram. According to local media, Paing Takhon is believed to be the son of the host family of United Amara UAB bank - one of the largest investment banks in Myanmar.

Takhon is one of many famous Burmese artists who were arrested for supporting the protest movement against the military government. In a number of articles and images posted on social media accounts, this male artist has expressed his opposition to the military government. In February, he also directly participated in the protests against the mutiny. To date, Takhon's social media accounts have been locked.

In addition to Takhon, many other famous people in Myanmar were also arrested or wanted. Famous comedian Zarganar was arrested on April 6. The Myanmar military government has announced on both television and the press a wanted list of about 120 celebrities including actors, singers and models. These people face charges of violating the criminal code because of "terrifying" statements or spreading "false" information. If convicted, they could face up to 3 years in prison and pay a fine.

Rebellion protests have raged in Myanmar since the February 1 coup. Clashes between Myanmar's security forces and protesters have so far left nearly 600 people dead, according to human rights groups.

"Demonstration shoes"

Despite warnings from the military authorities, Myanmar protesters continued to take to the streets asking the army to release civilian leaders and restore democracy.

Today, Myanmar protesters started a new form of "shoe demonstration". They put flowers in their shoes at protest venues or at private homes. Protest organizers say that this is a way to commemorate the nearly 600 people who have died since the mutiny and also a way to show opposition to the military government. Before that, they carried out various protests in the civil disobedience movement to pressure the military authorities such as litter strikes, silent strikes ...

Governor General Min Aung Hlaing, who has been in control of Myanmar since the mutiny, yesterday criticized, accusing protesters of "destroying the country" for participating in such civil disobedience movements.
