VBF-Đông Nam Á là nơi đang có nhiều ḍng vốn chảy về. Không chỉ trong lĩnh vực du lịch mà c̣n cả công nghệ. Tương lai VN dễ vuợt Singpore tại khu vực về lănh vực công nghệ thật bất ngờ.

Bà Nicholle Linder, Giám đốc Dịch vụ - công nghệ tài chính khu vực châu á Thái B́nh Dương của Global Financial Services cho rằng, trong tương lai, cuộc chiến giành ngôi đầu trong lĩnh vực công nghệ ở Đông Nam Á sẽ là giữa TP. HCM và Hà Nội.

Sau thành công vang dội của Silicon Valley, nơi không chỉ là 'trái tim' ngành công nghệ nước Mỹ mà c̣n của thế giới; 'Silicon Valley' không c̣n là danh từ riêng mà trở thành danh từ chung chỉ về thủ phủ công nghệ của một vùng đất nào đó. Theo đó, tất nhiên, mọi quốc gia trên thế giới đều ước ḿnh có thể biến thành 'Silicon Valley' hoặc có thể xây dựng một khu công nghệ như 'Silicon Valley', Việt Nam cũng vậy.

Theo các nhà lănh đạo hàng đầu trong ngành công nghệ Việt Nam và thế giới có mặt trong Diễn đàn "Cách mạng công nghiệp 4.0 – vượt qua thách thức, nắm bắt cơ hội" do Hiệp hội Nữ doanh nhân TP. HCM tổ chức, đó không hề là ước mơ viển vông, Việt Nam đang hội đủ mọi điều kiện để chạm đến nó trong ṿng 5 đến 10 năm tới.

Bà Đặng Thị Thanh Vân, CEO Công ty phần mềm Savvcom, đồng thời là Phó chủ tịch Liên minh các coanh nghiệp gia công công nghệ thông tin lớn nhất Việt Nam (với 200 công ty thành viên) cho rằng, ước mơ trở thành 'Silicon Valley' của Đông Nam Á là điều tất nhiên phải đến.

"Trong tương lai, Việt Nam không chỉ là Silicon Valley của Đông Nam Á mà cả thế giới, v́ chúng ta đă tập hợp được rất nhiều nguồn lực về công nghệ. Việt Nam đang đứng đầu khu vực về xuất khẩu phần mềm. Việt Nam cũng có hàng chục ngàn sinh viên về công nghệ đang dùi mài kinh sử trong các trường đại học. Cả nước có tổng cộng 10.000 công ty IT. Ư chí học tập và sẵn sàng tiếp cận công nghệ mới của giới trẻ Việt Nam luôn ngùn ngụt", bà Vân khẳng định.

Ông Mic Nguyễn, đồng sáng lập Med2lab, một startup trong lĩnh vực công nghệ tại Silicon Valley Mỹ cũng rất đồng t́nh với ư kiến của bà Vân. Từ những trải nghiệm của ḿnh, ông thấy Việt Nam có rất nhiều tài năng trong lĩnh vực IT.

Med2lab đă thuê và tuyển rất nhiều nhân sự người Việt, trong đó có nhiều người chính là tinh hoa của công ty. Nhiều dự án của Med2lab lên kế hoạch ở San Francisco nhưng triển khai ở Việt Nam. Theo ông biết, có không ít người Việt ở Silicon Valley đă quay trở về Việt Nam làm việc.

Khát khao tri thức cũng là yếu tố, mà theo ông Mic Nguyễn, sẽ giúp Việt Nam nhanh chóng trở thành trung tâm công nghệ của cả Đông Nam Á. Ông thấy không ít học sinh của các trường chuyên năng khiếu đến từ vùng sâu vùng xa, nghèo tới mức không đủ tiền mua dụng cụ học tập, song vẫn cố bươn chải học tập, đi thi Olympic toán quốc tế.

Bà Nicholle Linder, Giám đốc Dịch vụ - Công nghệ tài chính khu vực châu á Thái B́nh Dương của Global Financial Services c̣n lạc quan hơn: "Không chỉ tự thân giới công nghệ, mà tôi thấy Chính phủ Việt Nam cũng rất quan tâm tới lĩnh vực này, khi họ đă nâng cấp cơ sở hạ tầng, đầu tư lớn vào công nghệ, fintech, thương mại điện tử… Người dân Việt Nam được tiếp cận giáo dục rộng và sâu sắc hơn.

Khao khát và động lực của giới công nghệ cũng rất mạnh mẽ. Trong 5 đến 10 năm tới, Việt Nam có thể vượt qua Singapore về mặt công nghệ. Và có khi, 'ngôi vương' công nghệ ở khu vực Đông Nam Á sẽ là cuộc chiến nội bộ giữa TP. HCM và Hà Nội", bà Nicholle nhấm mạnh.

Ở góc nh́n ngược lại, dù đánh giá rất cao giới công nghệ Việt Nam, song ông Pankaj Rathi, Giám đốc điều hành Deloitte Consulting Đông Nam Á cho rằng mọi chuyện sẽ không dễ dàng như lời các diễn giả trên.

Deloitte Consulting đă thực hiện rất nhiều dự án trong 18 nước ở châu Á và thế giới, và ông Pankaj Rathi tiết lộ, trong 5 năm qua, gần 50% nhân viên trong các đội dự án của ông là người Việt, không chỉ ở Việt Nam mà c̣n tại Indonesia, Campuchia hay Thái Lan. Đội dự án của Deloitte ở nhiều khu vực khác cũng có nhiều tài năng người Việt.

Tuy nhiên, để có thể thực hiện hóa mục tiêu lớn lao đó, Việt Nam cần phải cải thiện nhiều thứ.

Theo ông Pankaj Rathi, Việt Nam cần xây dựng và phát triển nhiều mô h́nh sinh thái công nghệ hơn nữa. Tư duy học tập về lĩnh vực công nghệ cũng cần phải xem lại.

"Có tinh thần thôi chưa đủ, mà các doanh nghiệp và Nhà nước cần bắt tay tạo ra những kế hoạch cụ thể, như tạo ra các hệ sinh thái công nghệ như đă nói ở trên. Nếu không, Việt Nam sẽ không đủ nhân sự và tŕnh độ để đón đầu khi cơ hội đến", ông Pankaj Rathi nhấn mạnh.

Thùng rỗng nào lại chẳng kêu to, huống chi VC c̣n nhét thêm pháo đại vào những chiếc thùng đó nữa. Lănh đạo th́ làm ăn mày tứ phương, cái chó ǵ cũng chẳng làm ra tṛ mà lúc nào cũng tuyên bố hùng hồn. Software nào của VC mà gọi là đang phát triển? Hay thật ra chỉ là mang tiếng "Assemble in VC"?

Hồi xưa Le-nin chắc cũng ''nổ'' lắm, thành ra con cháu của ổng trên toàn thế giới giống hệt một khuông thôi!

không thấy ở xứ việt cộng con nào con nấy đều độn silicon hay sao mà c̣n nói ..

Singapore sợ VC lắm toàn là Thạc sĩ, tiến sĩ ngay cả Fúck niễng cũng tốt nghiệp tiếng Anh ở Sing...(không có gapor)...nên một chữ bẻ đôi không biết ngoài ma-dze....
