Trump didn’t make this decision DIRECTLY. Some experts in the FAA or NTSB have some serious concerns with the MAX 8. Trump was consulted by and then announced it only.

You're probably hearing in the news that two pilots working for domestic carriers reported a sudden nose down attitude problem after engaging the auto pilot.

It's an enormous glitch in the software that was overlooked by Boeing, in my opinion.
