Nói là "tiếp tục phát triển" nhưng lại không biết để ghi ra ngay trong bài viết về người thầy thuốc Ông Tạ, th́ cái chuyện "truyền lại phát triển" này tất nhiên là dóc rồi.

Ông Tạ không có lưu truyền lại hiệu thuốc nào cả.

Có mấy tiệm thuốc ở khu vực chợ Ông Tạ trên đường Phạm Văn Hai bây giờ là khúc dưới Thoại Ngọc Hầu cũ, cả thuốc tây lẫn thuốc nam, lấy tên là tiệm thuốc Ông Tạ mà không biết có liên quan ǵ đến ông Tạ thứ thật hay không. Nhất là tiệm bán thuốc tây th́ thôi chỉ có cái tên là hết.
