That's not BEING FAMOUS. That's INFAMY! The legacy of CSVN is :

1) To become a servant of China
2) To seceded land to China - after the fact that they attack 1st
3) Through capitalistic market and policies reforms, CSVN is now at this point
- a total and abysmal failure for this communism & socialist experiments
4) Wasted 2-3 generations and several millions lives lost and displaced for the same conclusion that VNCH had advocated/supported - ie. a capitalistic market
5) CSVN citizen is now the whore and indenture servant to the word having to grovel as indenture servant from the ARAB States to China and EAST aSIA, sold our children in to prostitution and mail ordered bride, and etc ...
6) And saddest lost is the lost of national identity
