Another stupid brain fart! These healing quacks are not osteopathic, allopathic, chiropractic and or podiatric medicine physicians. These quacks fall under homeopathy, which required no license nor certification! The only CA requirements are (1) the practitioner has to identify himself and (2) his educational attainment.
