I think, he knew his days to be arrested and locked up in jail are NUMBERED. It could be next few days, next week, next two weeks or next month, so on and so on. He is trying to delay the conviction using all kind of tactics, dirty lawyers, dumb counselors, etc,. etc,. So let him be free a few more days, a month, or even a few months and I think he deserves it before the verdict is read by the court of Law!
