This is pathetic. He said buying properties are financial trap? Is there any where in the world that offer the interests lower than the annual inflation? They are giving you free money to invest and you don't know how to capitalize it then don't cry about it. I know many people who are working with minimum wages and still able to have many properties and they are living very good lives.
