Do you know that, all 12,000 National Guard personnel you see in the above pictures have to eat MRE (Meal Ready To Eat) every day, 3 meals/day while they are present there to safe guard the Capitol and the White House.

They cannot call to order foods to go for themselves. It must be uniform and the same type of food for everyone while they are there. Although MRE has different flavor (Beef, Chicken, Oriental, Pasta with Cheese, etc.,..) but they aren't tasty as anyone wishes.
