Dể hiểu thôi...tại vì luật di trú của Mỹ nó ... là như vậy hihihi. Khi xin thẻ xanh lúc đầu, nó chỉ cho có 2 năm thôi. Trong thời gian 2 năm đó, nếu mình không làm gì phạm pháp thì gần khi 2 năm hết hạn, mình xin nó "remove the temporary condition of the permanent residence"
Nếu xin được 10 năm liền thì quá dể dàng cho nhiều người làm giả để vào nước Mỹ.
