Not the servers' (waiters/waitresses) fault.

It's the owners' fault.

If you are a waiter or waitress in a Vietnamese restaurant, and your owner does not allow you to receive the tips from the guests that you provide the service for (the owner gets it all). I think you'd do the same or even worse than them.

The question is:

WOULD YOU WORK HARD OR PERFORM WELL IN YOUR ROLE (as a server)?
