Đa số phó phòng là người có tiền và tham tiền nên chạy chọt vào chức này. Nghĩ là dễ ăn tiền nhưng không biết đây là vị trí để thế mạng cho trưởng phòng.
Cái này cách làm việc thâm hiểm ác độc của tụi CSVN, tụi nó bán đứng thằng phó để thế mạng nhưng vì nhiều người tham tiền nên bị rơi vào bẫy này
