1) Then he is shitty doctor that is not properly educated with the time!

2) Sanitation ... the analogy to medicine would be universal infection control & sterilization

3) Proper technique ... in medicine, that is all that is about when a procedure is performed but most importantly is the data collection to arrive at an educated guess (call the Dx or Differential Dx)

4) Proper Nutrition ... w/o it, disease can be exacerbated/manifested and death is a likely outcome
