Nhưng tôi hơi ngạc nhiên là ở Taiwan củng cho học tiếng việt ở trường. Thường thì cho học tiếng ngoại ngữ mà họ sẻ định dùng nhiều trong tương lai. So does this mean that Taiwan plan to have A LOT of people migrating to VN?
